Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No oven available. No cat!

Urgen 4 km from Landeck: Large, modern apartment house "Urgbach Apart". In an elevated position, 11 km from the lake, 12 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Ried" 11 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 12 km, ski rental 12 km, ski school 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 15 km, St. Anton 30 km, Ischgl 34 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

1'073 - 2'212 m a.s.l. >>Fliess is situated in the "Dreilaendereck" (triangle of countries) Austria-Switzerland-Italy in the centre of the Alps. Sunny sloped position, crystal blue skies, magnificent play of colours in clear streams, fresh, crisp air - that is Fliess. Small village and winter sports resort, 79 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, bank. More possibilities 9 km.

Summer

Swimming pool with slide and many attractions for children tennis (2 outdoor courts). Riding. Fishing. 150 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike routes. Children's playground. Sightseeing: Nature reserve Kaunertal - Piller Moor (moors nature trail), butterfly trail (more than 1300 species).

Winter

Ski-region Venet 19 km, total of 10 lifts. Total 22 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Ski bus (free of charge). Regional ski pass Ski-6: this ski pass also enables you to get to know the surrounding ski areas from Landeck to the border with Italy and Switzerland. All facilities in these 6 areas can be used: Venet region, Serfaus Komperdell, Fiss / Ladis, Nauders, Fendels, Kaunertal Glacier. All together: 80 transport systems in total. 12 gondola lifts, 22 chair lifts, 46 ski lifts. A total of 296 km of ski slopes. Ski safari shuttle: Unlimited skiing fun - from TirolWest you can reach the nearby, most famous winter sports destinations in the Alps such as Ischgl, St Anton am Arlberg, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Lech/Zürs am Arlberg, Kaunertal Glacier, Venet, Hochzeiger, Kappl and See.

Das Appart war genau das richtige für uns.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt,nicht zuletzt wegen den sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgebern. Eine sehr saubere Wohnung die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das 1-Zimmer Appartement liegt im 1. Stock und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Balkon sehr schön Richtung Urgbach gelegen. Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und pflegen einen sehr netten u. familiären Umgang. Wohnung ca. 4km von Landeck, die nächste Bushaltestelle 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wer sich etwas auf die Busse einstellt (gratis mit Gästekarte), kann gut viele Wanderorte ohne Auto erreichen, aber es ist von Vorteil, ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben. Kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.
