3-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms with rooflight, each room with hand-basin. Living room with satellite TV and radio. 1 open room with Dressing room with 1 double bed, separate WC and shower. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

St Gallenkirch: Cosy, rustic apartment block "Helmreich". 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). Patio, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "St. Gallenkirch Zentrum" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift, ski bus stop 300 m, cross country ski track 800 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Please note: smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.

650 - 2'300 m a.s.l. >>Quiet, family-friendly holiday centre, 90 km south from Bregenz, 150 km south-west from Innsbruck. More possibilities. The alpine valley of Montafon is 39 km long and includes 11 villages, surrounded by mountains of up to 3,312 m (Piz Buin). Besides places with many varied sports and leisure facilities, there are also cosy, family-friendly holiday villages and quiet recreation resorts like St. Anton, Vandans, Bartholomäberg, Schruns-Tschagguns, Silbertal, Gargellen, St Gallenkirchen-Gortipohl and Gaschurn-Partenen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Betten waren gemütlich, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (wirklich zum selber Kochen geeignet), und hat doch mal etwas gefehlt, war die Wirtin super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

De woning zit in een bij gebouw naast de woning van de eigenaar daar zijn 3 appartementen. Het was schoon maar gedateerd. Douche kan zeker verbeterd worden. De leef ruimte was voor een skivakantie goed. Genoeg servies en bestek. Lekkere en goede bedden voor on. Fijn dat we drie tweepersoonsbedden hadden. Goede opbergruimte. Het ski opberg hok was te klein. Helaas de skibus te ver lopen bergaf en op voor ons op skischoenen dus met de auto naar de piste. Prima verblijf met winkel dichtbij.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top, zur Bushaltestelle nur ein Katzensprung. Wenn Anliegen vorhanden sind kann die Vermieterin unkompliziert weiterhelfen.

Die Wohnung war groß und durch das viele Holz im Almhüttenfeeling Leider war alles sehr verwinkelt und durch die wenigen Fenster sehr dunkel. Es war alles top sauber und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Das eine der beiden Bäder war leider kalt, der eine Heizkörper hat es nicht geschafft das Bad auf angenehme Temperaturen zu bringen. Zum Glück gab es im neu ausgebauten Teil ein zweites Bad mit FB-heizung. In dem alten Teil roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch und das in einer Nichtraucherwohnung.

Leider ist die Wohnung nicht für Nichtraucher geeignet, es roch ununterbrochen nach kalten Qualm.

Location simple et agréable, tres propre.cadre magnifique , animaux et jardin des propriétaires bien appréciés des enfants. ( trampoline, tobbogan)ustensiles cuisine assez insuffisants. Absence de volets et de rideaux occultants, pas idéal pour le sommeil des enfants. Série d Appartements donc assez sonore avec les voisins.
