In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 200 m, grocery 300 m, restaurant 200 m, pedestrian zone 700 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, railway station 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths "Alpentherme Gastein" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 400 m, riding stable 500 m, skisport facilities 700 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run 400 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schloßalmbahn 700 m. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Attention: a tourism research fee of 1.20 € per person must be paid per week in the Gastein Valley in addition to the city tax.

800 - 2'700 m a.s.l. >>The Gasteinertal is a good choice for everybody, plenty to do whatever to your liking historical, family-friendly spa resort, 80 km south from Salzburg. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts. Waterfall, indoor aquatic centre. Alpine and rocks thermae. Sightseeing: Alpine museum, birds park, mines museum in Bockstein, the church of St Niklaus.

Summer

Gasteinertal offer bathing lake. Tennis, golf course 18 hole. Riding. Fishing. Paragliding, total 4 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

80 km of ski slopes ski-region Gasteinertal, total of 48 lifts. Total 200 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 300 km cross country ski tracks in the region (illuminated), high altidude pistes, winter walking paths 100 km. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). The ski area is part of the Amade' ski links. Calais 1214 km.

Mein Mann, unser Hund und ich haben hier im Sommer zwei erlebnisreiche Wochen in den Bergen verbracht. Vieles kann man vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen: Schlossalmbahn, Geschäfte, Tourist-Info, Restaurants,..... . Vom Balkon aus hat man einen netten Bergblick zum Graukogel. Eigentlich hat uns nur eine Sache gestört: die nebenan verlaufende Bundesstraße. Also "ruhig gelegen" ist die Wohnung nicht, dafür ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen nur kleine Teller, davon gabs nur drei.

Danke für Ihr Feedback sowie die Anmerkung bezüglich der ruhigen Lage: Teile des Gebäudes liegen an einer Straße, während andere Teile in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegen. Die Beschreibung wird geändert, damit sie klarer ist. Weiter versichern wir, dass ggf. fehlende Küchenutensilien bei Meldung vor Ort gern nachgereicht werden - die Teller wurden inzwischen aber auch aufgefüllt. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder willkommen heißen zu können.

Optimale Lage. Pro: Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, man ist schnell in der Stadt und in der Therme. An der Aach lässt sich schön spazieren gehen. Die Wohnung hat große Fenster sowie einen großen Balkon. Viele Schränke sowie mehrere Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden. Contra: Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Das Schlafsofa ist extrem hart.\nDie Fenster sollten besser abgedichtet sein, an kalten Tagen zieht es sehr in die Wohnung rein. \nDie Heizung ist zu schwach für den großen Raum. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr beengt.

Apartament czysty, sympatycznie urządzony. Wyposażenie całkowicie wystarczające. Łazienka naszym zdaniem nadaje się do remontu. Dość głośno od strony pobliskiej ulicy. Wspaniały widok z tarasu i wnętrza apartamentu.

Ich finde es wirklich skandalös, dass man eine Wohnung ohne Licht im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche vermietet. Wir haben dies Frau V. mitgeteilt, die uns gesagt hat, dass dies schon seit langer Zeit der Fall ist, dass sie dies wiederholt erwähnt hat und dass nichts getan wurde. Eigentlich ein Skandal.
