Leider befand sich das Appartement im Keller, worauf nicht in der Anzeige hingewiesen wurde. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht wirklich, was zu einem erheblichen Feuchtigkeitsproblem führt. Vorhandene Schimmelbildung im Fensterbereich. Der Vermieter meldete sich am ersten Tag auf unsere Beschwerde direkt, mit der Bitte am nächsten Tag noch einmal Bescheid zu geben, ob nun alles funktioniert. Dies war nicht der Fall, jedoch war er nun nicht mehr erreichbar. Absolutes Unding!!!
