Palm Coast 40 km from Daytona Beach: Comfortable semi-detached house "Sunrise". 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Private: garden with lawn. Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Single garage. Shop 300 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 300 m, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course 300 m, tennis 700 m. House is located in a gated community. In case of an early morning departure or based on the keyholder discretion the security deposit will be returned one week later though Interhome pending the inspection of the house. Parking for 2 cars. Community swimming pool for shared use NOT HEATED. MINIMUM AGE to check in 21 years old.
