Saunton Sands. Even if you have not been to this beach in person, there is a rather large chance that you would have seen it in one of the many films that have been produced there. This includes “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society” and “The Edge of Tomorrow” just to name two, or even in the video for “Angels” by Robbie Williams. This three mile expanse is ideal for family activities and dog walking, and just behind lies Braunton Burrows. This is the largest sand dune system in England, and is the habitat to over four hundred unique dune plant species.
