Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: non-smokers only.

Access via a mountain road. Sion 25 km. Martigny 25 km. Sierre 39 km.

Schöne Wohnung im 1. Stock mit perfektem Balkon. Sonne von Morgens bis Abends und Aussicht auf die Wälder und das Rohnetal. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist an einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse gelegen und trotzdem Zentral. Einkaufen im Coop zu Fuss in 5 Minuten, diverse Restaurants und Sesslelift Joarasse in 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was es braucht. Unsere Jungs haben das schnelle Internet in der Wohnung sehr geschätzt. Rundum Erholung pur! :-)

Die Wohnung liegt in Fußweite vom Coop und von der Sesselbahn, so dass man Wandertouren direkt von der Wohnung aus starten kann. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Im Prinzip gibt's sogar zwei Bäder (Toilette+großes Waschbecken und Toilette+Waschbecken+Dusche). Nespresso-Maschine (allerdings keine Filterkaffee-Maschine/Kaffee-Filter). Kostenlose und unkomplizierte Nutzung von (Gemeinschafts-)Waschmaschine und Trocker. Netter Willkommens-Gruß der Wohnungsbesitzer.

Logement calme et spacieux. Magnifique balcon panoramique sans vis-à-vis avec un ensoleillement maximal. Ustensiles de cuisine très complets. Literie (matelas et oreillers) pourrait être améliorée.
