On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2 balconies, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage (1 car), height 200 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only.

Eterpay: Chalet "Le Magicien", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 550 m from the centre, in an elevated position. Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. Steep motor access to 50 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 700 m, railway station "Sion" 16.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, skisport facilities 850 m.

Ubicación cercana a pistas de esquí, pero tienes que coger el coche, 5 minutos de trayecto. Ubicación con vistas al valle espectaculares en medio del bosque. Lo mejor del chalet. Al mismo tiempo en coche estas a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo, no puedes ir andando, hay demasiado desnivel entre el chalet y el pueblo. El chalet, está amueblado sencillo pero correcto, muy limpio. Lo peor el acceso al chalet desde donde dejas el coche, camino con pendiente que si está con nieve puedes resvalar

Le chalet bien qu'un peu vieillot était fonctionnel, le problème réside dans les mauvaises infos reçues de la part de l'agence à Nendaz. J'avais remarqué avant de faire la réservation que des travaux étaient prévus à 30 m, j'ai donc téléphoné à l'agence, celle-ci m'a assuré que la route serait ouverte en fait celle-ci était fermée en journée obligeant à un gros détour par des routes difficiles, nous n'aurions jamais choisi cette location si nous avions reçu une info correcte.

Die Aussicht ist genial. Aber das Haus ist verwahrlost. Man kümmert sich nichts mehr. Geputzt ist teilweise sehr schlecht. Wir haben Sachen gefunden, welche dort schon seit Wochen herumlagen. Teilweise hatte es eine dicke Staubschicht. Der einte Wäscheständer war kaputt, 2 Teller hatten einen Riss, ein Wandklapptisch liess sich nicht herunterfahren ohne dass die Wand gleich mitkam. Farbe blättert ab auf der Terrasse. Einrichtung sicher 40 Jahre alt, eine Sicherung fliegt regelmässig raus.Schade.

Kamers zijn erg klein, weinig kastruimte. Wij waren met 4 en dat was net ok, 6 personen is te veel. Badkamer niet proper. Voor de rest alles ok.

Pour cause de travaux sur la chaussée, l'accès au chalet se faisait par un grand détour avec une route étroite et pentue ! rien à redire sur le chalet même s'il nous a paru assez petit pour 5, seule la chambre NO était humide et froide, pas très sympa quand même, des voisins vraiment très bruyant un samedi soir et la désagréable surprise de constater une pneu creuvé avec un ciseau le dimanche matin... une assistance matmut impeccable mais un départ anticipé dès la réparation du véhicule.

Pas beaucoup de soleil, car le chalet est entouré d'arbres qui devraient être élagués. Chambres à coucher un peu petites. Mais le chalet a tout de même du charme.

Maison propre, agréable et au calme. Idéale pour les familles. Seul bémol, une des marches en pente qui descendent à la maison est un peu de travers et donc dangereuse la nuit quand on ne voit rien.
