On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the lake, south facing position. For shared use: small garden plants, meadow, swimming pool angular fenced (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 150 cm. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 2" 1 m, railway station "Lugano SBB-CFF" 3.6 km. Location Description Castagnola

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.
