Patio (56 m2), pergola, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. 300 m footpath (60 steps) to the house. Single garage at 250 m, public parking 300 m on the road extra. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Locarno" 10.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Nearby attractions: Isole di Brissago, Madonna del Sasso, Orselina, Castelli di Bellinzona, Mercato di Cannobio, Intra, Luino IT, Mercato: Dienstag in Ascona, Donnerstag, Locarno und Samstag in Bellinzona. 218 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic resort directly by the Lago Maggiore, 12 km from Locarno, 4 km from italienischer Grenze, 9 km from Ascona. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Opposite Brissago there are 2 islands, one of which has been transformed into botanical gardens. Very moderate, pleasent climate.
