On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace partly roofed, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the city. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Above Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-west facing position. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Linie 12" 5 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza-Como, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Ponte Tresa, Luino IT, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré,Monte Tamaro und Splash+Spa, San Salvatore-Alpe Vicania - Morcote, Sentiero dell'olivo. 272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.
