Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), digital TV, international TV channels, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. South facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Les Petites Roches: Residence "Centaure". On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 4 km, sports centre 4 km, skisport facilities 6 km, ski school 6 km, children's ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, ice rink 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. The chalet is situated in the middle of the residence.

1'000 - 1'600 m a.s.l. >>Cosy, quiet holiday resort with 3'500 inhabitants with beautiful view, 19 km west from Yverdon-les-Bains. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre, fitness centre at 19 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. From Ste Croix station, bus links towards Les Replans, Les Rasses, Bullet, Mauborget and L'Auberson.

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (4 outdoor courts). Minigolf. Fitness course. Paragliding. 200 km hiking paths, climbing. 84 km mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Ste Croix/Les Rasses. 7 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 9 ski runs, total length 20 km (25 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 25 % difficult). Ski school (downhill, cross country), children's ski school from 5 years old. 91 km cross country ski tracks in the region (4 km illuminated), winter walking paths 35 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink.

clients depuis des années d'interhome, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. le logement que nous louons est toujours plaisant. nous apprécions la localisation du domaine des petites roches, la vue et la gentillesse des voisins. Les activités de la région sont adaptées pour tous, (piscine, musées, lac.....) le logement est simple mais toujours aussi propre, en résumé séjour séjour, si vous loué une fois c'est sûr vous y retournerai. tout de bon à l'année prochaine. Nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir de cette location. Nous vous envoyons le détail par mail . C'est trop long pour tout caser ici. Ayant déjà loué plusieurs fois par votre intermédiaire ,c'est la première fois que nous sommes mécontents.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, la personne en charge de nous accueillir a très bien fait son travail de communication, lieux propres, et tout le nécessaire était mis à notre disposition. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Seul un petit détail: La bouilloire n'est pas pratique d'utilisation car elle n'a pas de socle indépendant.

Nous restons assez satisfaits de cette location très bien située. Hélas, nous regrettons l'équipement des verres (vin/ apéritif/ champagne), tout cela est réduit à des verres disparates, uniquement deux de chaque type voire même différents. Par contre, on trouve des verres pour eau et jus de fruits. Nous espérons que les propriétaires répondrons favorablement à ce souhait. C & M. Belgique

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nur 3 Nächte waren und tagsüber unterwegs, hat uns das nicht gestört. Der Ausblick über das Tal bis zum Neuenburger See war grandios. Vermisst haben Ich einen Haarfön und einen Geschirrspüler.

Volledig ingerichte woning met voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen. Fraai uitzicht, zowel vanuit de kamer als vanaf het balkon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Gedateerde inrichting. De sleutelhouder spreekt geen woord Duits of Engels, wat voor ons het communiceren lastig maakte.

Wow diese Aussicht der Wahnsinn!!! Zuerst aber zum Buchen, alles top ausser das beim Buchen nicht erwähnt wird dass man noch 300Fr. Kaution vor Ort Bezahlen muss und im Fall dass wen das Geschirr im Schrank nicht sauber wäre, nochmals 35Fr, bezahlt werden sollten. Überings es hatte kein Spühlmittel und kein guter Abwaschlappen und die Messer in der Schublade sind sehr unscharf. Zum weiter empfehlen ist es auf jeden Fall. Im Haus war es ruhig und sauber. Die Wohnlage ist super.
