For shared use: natural state property, garden. Fireplace. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Hasle-Rüegsau" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Emmentaler Schaukäserei, Burgdorf 12 km, Bern 15 km. Hiking paths: Wanderwege ab Haus. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives in the same residence. Animals in the neighbourhood. Please note: In winter the car can also be parked in the lower yard. Walk to the accommodation: 10 minutes. Please note: cats live on the property.

Small, idyllic village, in a valley, in the countryside, 9 km south-west from Burgdorf. All shops, restaurants etc. in Hasle-Rüegsau, 7 km. In the resort: grocery. Access: motorway A1 Zürich - Bern, exit number 39 "Kilchberg". Then road 23 Kilchberg - Burgdorf - Langnau i/E. Access by train Burgdorf - Langnau i/E. Railway station "Hasle Rüegsau" 7 km.
