3.5-room apartment (114sqm) on the ground floor of a multi-family chalet which was built in 2001. Spacious furnished terrace with gas barbecue and access to the public children's playground. Quiet and very sunny location with nice view to the mountains of the Saanenland. 1 parking space (no. 3) in the underground parking garage and 1 uncovered parking space in front of the chalet are available. Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. The chalet Bärli is situated in the middle of the village centre of Saanenmöser. The train station, the cable car Saanersloch, the cross-country slopes, the panoramic trail to Schönried, the tennis court as well as a grocery and a sports shop are in close proximity. The Golfclub Gstaad-Saanenland is 1.8 km (5 minutes by car) away from the chalet. Gstaad is reachable within 10-15 minutes by car or public transport (train). Saanenmöser is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. Bright living/dining room with semi-open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Turmix Nespresso) and fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x200cm). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x90x200cm) and bathroom with shower/toilet. 1 separate bathroom with bathtub/toilet. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. W-Lan available. Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room.
