The centre is 10 walking minutes away. Large dining-living room, table for 8, fire place, stereo, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso), 3 double rooms with queen size bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 double room with single beds and 2 more trundle beds (total 4), 1 extra room to keep for the property. 2 bathrooms. 1 cellar with washing machine, dryer machine, freezer, shelves, etc. 2 exterior, not cover parking places. Balcony on the first floor with tables. The two parking spaces are next to the garage and are labeled. Please do not park under the roof of the garage, as the garage must be accessible to the owners of the apartments at all times and the garage door can be opened. If you need another parking space, you can park your third car in the village in the public car park "Brüggmatte", which is free of charge in summer and subject to a charge in winter. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Included: electricity, water, heating, outside parking, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, final cleaning. Exclusive: wood for the fire place.

1'020 - 2'000 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort with 2'400 inhabitants, at the end of a valley, 83 km from Bern. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Numerous activities on offer for children in summer and winter.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (6 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Saanenmöser 21 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. 2 mountain lifts, 180 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten from 3 years.

Winter

Ski-region Lenk - Adelboden. 56 mountain lifts. Total 185 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 3 years old. 42 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. 1 toboggan run (long 3 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: St.Stephan/Saanenmöser(Gstaad) at 8 km.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht ist schön. Die Raümlichkeit vom Haus ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist aber veraltet (Küche und Badezimmer). Es gibt zu wenig bequeme Sitzplätze für vier Erwachsene im Wohnzimmer. Stühle auf dem Balkon waren Elend und konnten wir nicht benützen. Die hölzerne Balkonflur hat viele ausragende Nagel und ist teilweise auch kaputt (gefährlich für Kinder, man kann nicht barfuss darauf gehen). Fast jeden Abend eine Stunde viel Lärm von Rasenmäher in der Nachbarschaft.

Joli appartement avec vue dans un chalet typique de la région. Bien entretenu, confortable, les pièces étaient agréables et joliment décorées ainsi que bien meublées. Les deux salles de bains étaient bien appréciées pour un séjour en famille élargie. Vue magnifique sur les Alpes avoisinantes ainsi que sur le village et le vallon.

Wir waren 7 Personen, die Pfannen der Küche sind nicht geeignet für 7 (zu klein)und einige sollten wirklich entsorgt werden. Die Lampen geben zu wenig Licht. Das Haus ist grosszügig und sehr angenehm.
