Oliva Nova Golf: Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Club Sevilla", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 5 km from the centre of Oliva, 15 km from the centre of Denia, in the district Oliva Nova Golf Beach, 200 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 700 m, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: go karting 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Appartement simple par sa deco voir un peu vieillote Tout est fonctionnel sauf les chauffages.... des chauffages mobiles sont a disposition mais ce n est pas adapte ppour des vacanciers. Appartement propre. Bien equipe Piscine petote mais tres belle Resudence agreable et calmecen janviet

Schöne ruhige Anlage, schöner endloser Sandstrand, nicht überlaufen und sehr nahe. Wohnung geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Moskitonetze und viele Moskitos. Man sollte ein Auto haben, da es keinen Bus gibt. Einen kleinen Supermarkt mit dem Nötigsten gibt es in der Nähe, größere Supermärkte sind mindestens 5 km weg. Auch Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe gibt es kaum. Die Mitarbeiter von Interhome waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

el apartamento es muy comodo para 4 personas, el lugar es inmejorable, se tarda 5 minutos andando en llegar a la playa. el apartamento esta bien equipado con lavaplatos y bastantes enseres de cocina. La pisicina tambien es muy agrabable
