House "Reposo". In the district of Pinosol, 2.5 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 1.7 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Prior to your departure, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Una gozada la verdad, además la entrega y recojida de llaves super cómoda y sencilla,( que se agradece ), lo único que las sartenes pues como que para hacer una tortilla mal..., están que se pega todo, pero vamos, por decir algo, porque en otras casas vacacionales también me pasó lo mismo...

In total the house and its garden and pool area are nice places to spend many relaxing hours. The neighbourhood is quiet and garden and pool area are very well trimmed and in good shape. For the high price however some things need to be improved: - except the major bedroom beds and mattresses were 40+ years old - kitchen equipment & dishes very old and partly non-functional - outside-furniture (e.g. sun-beds) partly broken and obviously too old - ceiling fans not working properly

Regardless, we recommend to always contact the keyholder on the spot to report any damages, so a resolve can be provided on the spot.

2 semaines de Location de la villa période de juillet. Arrivée en agence conforme au attente avec remise des clés à l’heure prévu avec même un petit cadeau (huile d’olives) de bienvenue de la part d’Interhome. Villa conforme à l’annonce, propre et dans un quartier calme à même pas 10min en voiture de la plage et zone commerciale. Grande piscine et grand jardin arboré avec barbecue. Cependant literie a revoir et prévoir des répulsifs contre les moustiques. Sinon rien à dire villa parfaite.
