So they may have up to 6 people occupy the apartment at no additional cost. But only with 4 Adults and 2 Kids in age of of 12years ! We do not provide nor allow additional beds or mattresses to be placed in the apartment. The BBQ and pool areas are only for residents/paid guests of the apartement complex.
