In the house: washing machine, drying room. Parking at the house. Os proprietários residem na casa do lado e estão constantemente à janela a observar-nos,o que restringe a privacidade procurada ao alugar uma vivenda com espaço privativo. O checkin marcado para as 16:00, esperamos até às 17:00, pois a proprietária estava a limpar a casa.Checkout as 10:00 sem consideração pelo atraso do checkin.Ficamos sem luz durante 3h, a agência nada fez, o quadro que não tínhamos acesso disparou. Acusaram nos de partir o ralo da piscina, quando já estava danificado.

Leuk huis met hier en daar nog wat verbeterpunten. Geen sloten op de kamers binnen, bedden redelijk maar manier van opmaken niet prettig. Koekenpannen in de keuken niet best meer. Verlichting in woonkamer niet gezellig.

Onze vlucht kwam smorgens vroeg aan. We mochten ondanks dat de inchecktijd 's middags is al meteen om 11 uur erin. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst door de beheerders, opzichters (buren) die ernaast wonen. Ze liet alles zien en gaf de nodige uitleg. Voor vragen konden we bij hun terecht, maar dat was niet nodig. Het huis biedt gevoelsmatig veel privecy. Ondanks dat de huizen van de buren er om heen staan. Geen last van gehad. Alle ruimtes heerlijk ruim en licht en schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien! De bedden waren ook okay, niet zo fijn als thuis natuurlijk, maar toch wel goed in geslapen. Prachtig wijds uitzicht ad voorkant en ook aan de achterkant prachtig uitzicht en ook de zee was te zien vanaf de slaapkamers. pooltafel heeft voor vertier gezorgd en natuurlijk het zwembad! We konden bbq-en! We waren er eind april/begin mei. Temperatuur lag tussen 24 en 28 graden. Het onverwarmde zwembad was prima te doen! Heerlijk om af te koelen na het zonnen! De buurman verzorgd de tuin en het zwembad. Blaadjes waren elke ochtend geveegd en uit het water geschept, chloor werd netjes op peil gehouden...en plantjes in de tuin water gegeven. We denken dat hij dit 's morgens in alle vroegte deed, niks van gemerkt namelijk! Strand op ca 11 minuten loopafstand, en 2 supermarkten op 5-7 minuten loopafstand. Rustige buurt. Bij vertrek, 's morgens heel vroeg, moesten we de sleutel in een sleutelbox achterlaten. We zouden dit huis wel aanraden! We hebben genoten 1 week lang! Wij waren met 2 bolwassenen en 6 tieners. We zagen dat in het huis aanpassingen waren of konden gemaakt worden voor kleinere kinderen. Gaas tussen de spijlen van de ballustrades bijv.

schönes großes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool, Blick zum Meer. Lage war super! Der Kundenservice und die Freundlichkeit vor Ort topp!!! Ein, zwei kleine Mängel gab es und zwar schließen die Türen in allen Zimmer nicht richtig (Schlösser etc. sind abgenutzt) und in den Bädern müsste man die Armaturen erneuern. Ansonsten alles perfekt, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

This house has everything you need for a good holidays in the Algarve: a lovely pool, a good equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a nice pooltable. Also situated in a good location close to shops and the beach.

No periodo de férias referente à estadia, foi tudo fantástico. Zona calma sem confusão, casa bastante agradavél e ampla, perto de tudo. Os donos sempre prestáveis e bastante acolhedores. Piscina limpa com boa área e zona de lazer(exterior) fantástica. Sem duvida uma excelente opção para umas férias descansadas no algarve. A repetir e a recomendar.
