Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus nahe Casoli. Die Anfahrt war leicht abenteuerlich mit vielen Haarnadelkurven, aber mit unserem großen Auto (Ford Ranger) gut zu bewältigen. Die Aussicht ist Atemberaubend! Die Ausstattung rustikal und traditionell. Alles da was man so braucht. Wunderschöne mit Wein überwachsene Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Großes offenes Grundstück mit weitem Ausblick ins Tal von Camaiore. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Bis bald! <3

Schöne Bleibe in der Natur mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal bis zum Meer. Tolle Terrasse und viel Grün. Gepflegt und alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, sowie eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Nachbarterrasse befindet sich direkt vor den Wohnzimmerfenstern, die dadurch eigentlich geschlossen bleiben. Im Sommer aber kein Problem.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein recht großes Stück Liegewiese mit einem herrlichen Rundum Panorama. Wir waren mittlerweile 5 mal dort und jedes mal absolut zufrieden. Unsere 3 Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anfahrt über die schmale, steile Bergstraße ist schon ein Abenteuer für sich. Eibe absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wer jenseits des Massentourismus Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das gesamte Objekt macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Vor allem der Ofen war uns ein guter Freund, da es in der ersten Aprilwoche noch recht kühl war. Es sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, was in den Bergdörfern nicht immer der Fall ist. Auch für unsere mitgebrachten Motorräder gab es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit.

Een flinke klim op de berg maar wat is het die moeite waard. Een eenvoudige maar complete woning met een fantastisch grote tuin ban waaruit je van de italiaanse natuur kunt genieten. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal met een vergezicht vanaf de bergen over een landschap met dorpjes tot aan zee. S'avonds en s'nachts word je vergezeld door geluiden van uilen en vossen en verder een intense rust. Tel daarbij op de gast vrijheid van de italianen en de uitstekende keuken en je beleeft een perfecte vakantie

Als wir ankamen kühlte der Kühlschrank nicht ausreichend. Wir informierten die Vermieterin. Am nächsten Tag wurde ein neuer Kühlschrank aufgestellt. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Reaktion. Das Haus und das Grundstück, sind für alle die Natur und Ruhe lieben, sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, von dem riesigen Garten aus sieht man sowohl Bergpanorama als auch aufs Meer. Man sollte sich allerdings nicht vor engen Bergstraßen fürchten (Tipp: nach GPS-Koordinaten statt Adresse navigieren, sonst landet man auf einem Feldweg ohne Wendemöglichkeit). Die einsame Lage garantiert dann einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Internet ist lückenhaft und die Küche etwas ältlich, aber das stört kaum. Platz reichlich für 4 Personen.
