In the centre of Rosolina Mare, in a central, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, from the beach. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 50 m, bus stop "Rosalina" 9.1 km, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner lives in the same residence.

It is situated on a peninsula about 8 km long whose fine sand beach is wide, slightly sloping and shallow water ideal for children. Possibility of excursions to Padua, Ferrara, Ravenna and Bologna. For leisure activities: mini golf, beach volleyball, windsurfing school, children's playground, discos. Well-known bathing resort.

Wunderschöne saubere Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt,alles da was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen)wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Zentral top gelegen. Bad und Küche hat alles funktioniert. Bett war in Ordnung. Klospülung hat getropft und die Balkon Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst für den Preis wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Agenturpersonal war sehr freundlich und es hat alles gepasst.

L appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore rispettava quello visto in foto, la cosa che proprio e' stata pessima e' la polizia dei locali al momento dell' arrivo, pavimento pieno di capelli e peli, divano pieno di peli. Non si possono affittare appartamento con animali domestici senza poi assicurarsi di pulire accuratamente. Io sono allergico e andrebbe fatta sanificazione prima di affittare . L agenzia che ci ha fornito le chiavi ha provveduto a mandare la mattina il personale per la pulizia

Wir waren mit der Wohnung zufrieden,sauber ,hell,…im Bad ist in der Dusche das Wasser schlecht abgelaufen und der WC Deckel sollte gewechselt oder neu angeschraubt werden der war sehr wackelig….

es gab zwar über 100 TV Programme aber leider keinen einzigen deutschen Sender um mal auf den neusten Stand zu sein was in der Heimat los ist. Der WC Deckel war kaputt, wurde aber am nächsten Tag sofort ausgetauscht. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Rundum war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Velmi pohodlný a skvěle vybavený apartmnán v centru města přímo nad výbornou zmrzlinou. Prostorný a udržovaný. Parkování v ceně přímo u objektu.Můžeme všem jen doporučit. Velmi milý a přátelský majitel apartmánu. Rovněž paní delegátka xxx byla naprosto úžasná a pomohla nám vyřešit nečekanou situaci. Moc děkujeme.
