Zu der Klimaanlage: Es scheint, dass das Problem aufgrund eines nicht geleerten Kondensatablaufbehälters entstanden ist. Unser Team wird zukünftige Gäste genauer darüber informieren, wie die Klimaanlage korrekt bedient wird, um solche Probleme zu vermeiden. Auch die Couch wurde sofort kontrolliert und nachgereinigt. Wir bedanken uns für Ihr Feedback, das uns hilft, die Erfahrung für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern.

Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten Terrasse, die direkt zum Pool führte. Heißt, man konnte auf der Terrasse sitzen bleiben und die Kinder konnten alleine in den Pool und man hatte sie trotzdem unter Aufsicht. Schöner großer Pool. 10 Minuten laufen zum Lunapark und 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, da doch etwas weiter entfernt. Einziges Manko war, die Tür war nicht abschließbar. Das geht meines Erachtens gar nicht.

Unser Team hat allerdings stets Ersatzschlösser auf Lager, zögern Sie bitte nie, auf die Kollegen vor Ort zuzukommen, sollten jegliche Unklarheiten auftreten. Es wird stets schnell reagiert.
