Les deux chambres avec salle de bains privatives sont correctes. la literie pour deux des chambres étaient encore désastreuses malgré des signalements antérieurs . La vaisselle était insuffisante , peu de verres et de récipients . Pas de kit de nettoyage à l'arrivée ( éponge, produits) ni condiments de premières nécessité que l'on trouve habituellement dans les autres locations

Wir waren von der Lage her sehr positiv überrascht, man sah das Meer zwar nicht, aber waren wirklich nur 150m wie laut Internet beschrieben entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist zwar etwas älter aber gut eingeteilt, sodass 2 Familie sich nicht in die Quere kommen, genügend Zimmer und Bäder für 8-9 Personen. Wir waren mit Kinder und diese fühlen sich im Stockbett ja pudelwohl,. Die Sauberkeit hätte einbisschen besser sein können, überall waren Spinnnetze,, Duschvorhang nicht sauber, Fensterbretter schmutzig und die Küche und Kühlschrank waren eher unsauber! Im Garten lagen überall kleine Müllreste herum. Kleine Bonbons-Nylonstücke, kleine Plastikteile und sonstige Müllfetzen. Der Gartenschlauch war zwar an der Spritzdüse defekt, aber zumindest hatten wir die Möglichkeit nach dem Meer den Sand hinunterzuspülen. Mülltrennung funktionierte ganz gut, außer der Restmüll würde nie mitgenommen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Polecam serdecznie ze względu na położenie blisko plaży, 3 łazienki, dobre warunki mieszkaniowe i zadaszaony taras na którym spędzaliśmy większość czasu.

ok, aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern waren ok, der Rest war nicht brauchbar. Die Abflüsse in zwei der drei Duschen komplett verstopft, so dass nur eine Dusche brauchbar war. Die Ausstattung der Küche ungenügend : keine brauchbaren Pfannen, keine Weingläser etc. Außerdem war alles sehr schmutzig. Leider ist diese Wohnung nicht für Hunde geeignet, da nicht eingezäunt und es leben dort 10 Katzen die es sich auf der Terrasse gemütlich machen.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Wohnung. Obwohl im Haus 3 Parteien untergebracht sind, hat man praktisch keine „Berührung“. Dh jeweils separater Eingang und separate Terrassen. Wir hätten uns bei der Küchenausstattung etwas Gläser gewünscht und auf der Terrasse ein paar Liegestühle. Aber das ist kein schlimmer Mangel. Der Vermieter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer sehr schnell zur Stelle. Absolut top!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt

Abbiamo alloggiato qui in 7 persone. Una coppia e una famiglia di 5 persone con 2 bimbi piccoli x 15 giorni. La casa è spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Presenti lavatrice, lavastoviglie e barbecue. Il patio esterno permette di passare molto tempo all’esterno. Si può cenare e pranzare godendo della fresca brezza che arriva dal mare. La spiaggia150 m è grande di sabbia. Presenti anche 2 bar. Il paesino Valledoria dista pochi min di auto e offre diversi bar, supermercati e negozi.splendida vacanza!!!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ... Stefanie G.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist genial. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer, aber in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Terasse ist groß und schattig und der Garten sehr nett angelegt. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zur Stelle, sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, die Urlauber zufrieden zu stellen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist vollständig und die Bäder neu renoviert. Die sonstige Einrichtung und die Betten sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben alle gut geschlafen:-)

La casa è molto grande, 3 bagni, 4 camere e la veranda ne fanno un ottimo approdo per piccoli gruppi. La posizione a solo un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia è invidiabile, come il silenzio e la quiete. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Probabilmente è stata chiusa perché alcuni mobili non erano arieggiati e odoravano di chiuso, ma sono piccoli inconvenienti che ci stanno, e risolvibili senza difficoltà. Di certo non cambiano l'ottimo giudizio che abbiamo.
