Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Terraced house "Sa Casitta". In the hamlet Cala Lupo, in a sunny position, 250 m from the sea. Private: small garden, public parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Pelosa" 1.5 km pebble beach 250 m. Sports harbour 100 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Torres 20 km, Alghero 60 km, Sassari 50 km.

Alloggio con grandi potenzialità ottima vista ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Le camere da letto sono nel seminterrato per cui lo scarso ricambio d’aria rende gli ambienti molto umidi L’oscuramento nella camera da letto matrimoniale è nullo , abbiamo dovuto dormire con le mascherine oscuranti sugli occhi. Pressione del Gas insufficiente Impianto idraulico rivedibile la pressione dell’acqua è intermittente , la miscelazione caldo / freddo a manopola anni 80 non consente di regolare

In the event of defects beingdiscovered during the stay, please notify the keyholder immediately for an immediate resolve. As the use of whatsapp is widespread in the country, this makes reaching out to the keyholder easier. The water pressure and humidity have now been resolved.

Secondo anno a Sa Casitta, proprietario e assistente in loco molto disponibili e gentili, quest'anno (lo scorso no) abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata (in generale ha fatto più caldo ed a differenza dello scorso anno era caldo umido)

Comodissima per raggiungere una delle più belle spiagge, la Pelosa. Confortevole con vista mare mozzafiato dove già dalla colazione ci si immerge in un paesaggio fantastico.
