La Marinedda 1 km from Isola Rossa: Apartment house "Palme". 5 apartments in the property. In a sunny position, 10 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 50 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue, public parking on the road extra. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 5 m, bar 2 m, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach "La Marinedda" 2 m. Please note: car recommended. Property ref. Small holiday centre and summer holiday resort, in the northern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view, north from Costa Smeralda, north from Alghero, north from S.Teresa di Gallura. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal grundüberholt werden. Die Matratzen sind derart schlecht und durchgelegen, dass man keine Nacht durchschlafen kann. Der Backofen kann nicht genutzt werden. Bei Ankunft ( und wir kamen erst am späten Abend an) war noch nicht einmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, geschweige eine Flasche Wasser.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Vom Balkon blickt man direkt aufs Meer und in wenigen Metern ist man am Strand. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber von der Einrichtung OK. Leider war es sehr dreckig als wir angekommen sind. Überall hängen Spinnenweben/Spinnen und die Betten/Sofas waren sehr alt, durchgesessen und einfach uselig. Da man keine extra Bettdecken bekommt, schläft man dann mit den Tagesdecken, was kein Gefühl von Sauberkeit vermittelt. Ein Auto ist notwendig.

„Palme 1 oben“ ist herrlich gelegen, direkt am Strand, Sonnenuntergang inclusive! Eine bessere Lage ist wohl kaum zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Ameisen sind ständig auf der Suche nach etwas Fressbarem, also alles abends verschließen bzw. in den Kühlschrank packen. Das Gas haben wir nach Benutzung jeweils wieder abgedreht, weil man es sonst gerochen hat. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden hier jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Leider hatten die frisch gewaschene” Bettlacke einen ...fleck. In der Küche fehlte das wesentliche: Salz, Zucker, Oel, Essig, Schwamm und Abwaschmittel. Auch ist eine WC-Papier Rolle sehr dürftig für 2 Personen (3Tage) Ansonsten alles SUPER! Direktzugang zum Meer, schöne grosszügige Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, super Dusche, einfache Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselfach, tolles Restaurant gleich nebenan (wir empfehlen Spaghetti Vongole)

La casa è veramente ad un passo dal mare,superi il giardino e sei in spiaggia!ben arredata e ben attrezzata, in casa hai quasi tutto a disposizione. Peccato per la non disponibilità di wifi cosa che ci ha dato nn pochi disagi,considerando che nella casa nn c e copertura telefonica si e costretti a spostarsi fino all isola rossa,così come per far spesa,e tanto altro. Nulla cmq che con un po di organizzazione nn si possa affrontare
