In the district of Monte Nai 1.2 km from the centre of Costa Rei, on the outskirts, 16 km from the centre of Villasimius, 62 km from the centre of Cagliari, on a slope, 2 km from the sea. Private: property, small garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 2 km.

Leider sind wir nicht so zufrieden mit der Unterkunft: - schmutzig (Geschirr, WC, Spinnennetze, Pool, Boden mit viel Sand drinnen und draussen...) -defekte (1 WC konnte nicht genutzt werden wegen Geruch und läuft die ganze Zeit, Autotorcode falsch und Fernbedienung kaputt, mussten bis auf die letzten beiden Tage über das Tor klettern, 2 Sonnenstrorren zerfetzt, Tischtuch ein grosses Loch.. Toll: Lage, Aussicht, Grösse der Wohnung, Schlüsselübergabe um 21.30 Uhr unkompliziert

Tolles Haus in toller Lage, die Ausstattung der Küche ist jedoch sehr mangelhaft. Das Haus idt für 6 Personen ausgelegt, das Geschirr ist jedoch überhaupt nicht angepasst. Viele Töpfe, aber keine Pfanne, 12 tiefe Teller, aber nur 4 grosse flache Teller, 4 Frühstücksteller, 3 Tassen, kein Schneidebrett etc.

Maison heureusement climatisée avec belle piscine, chambre lit 2 places , 2 avec rangements a quelques kilomètres de la plage néanmoins de nombreux défauts qui viennent gâcher tout sa.. Maison très peu équipée, manque de couvert, poêle, cafetière et pas de micro onde et pas mal de choses de défectueux... Porte frigo et tiroir cassé petite douche inétulisable et salle de bain tres vétuste avec pomme de douche casser.. vraiment dommage car pour le tarif on s attend a une maison quasi irréprochable

Wir hatten uns sehr auf die Zeit in der Unterkunft gefreut, mussten aber schon am ersten Tag feststellen, dass sowohl das Haus wie der Pool einige Mängel aufwiesen. Im Pool waren zahlreiche der kleinen Mosaikfliesen bereits abgeblättert, die Zirkulationspumpe war defekt. Im Haus war Feuchtigkeit aus dem Bad in die Wand eines Schlafzimmers eingedrungen. Schön dagegen die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Küste.

Die Bilder auf der Homepage stammen aus dem Baujahr, so sieht es leider nicht mehr aus, insbesondere der Pool. Leider waren wir von diesem sehr enttäuscht - wahrscheinlich fehlt mittlerweile ein Drittel der Mosaikfliesen bzw. liegen diese lose auf dem Boden, genauso wie jede Menge Sand. Ein Zimmer ist von Schimmel befallen, ums Haus eher ungepflegt und das 2. Bad sehr winzig, generell ist es für 6 Personen sehr klein. Die Lage oberhalb von Costa Rei ist allerdings sehr schön und ruhig.
