Holiday development "Le Ginestre". 15 km from the centre of Villasimius, 60 km from the centre of Cagliari, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 650 m from the sea. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bar, sandy beach 650 m. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The apartments have furnished balconies. The distance from the sea is by foot only, not by car. The houses are located on a terrain that stretches along the coast for about 1 km², the distance to the sea and beach may vary.

6 m a.s.l. >>Important summer holiday resort, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view, 77 km from Cagliari, 63 km from Quartu Sant'Elena, 15 km from Villasimius. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Küche / WC / Gartenmöbel = alles war klebrig und nicht sauber. WC/Dusche = stank es bisweilen sehr unangenehm. Duschkopf war defekt! Zimmer mit Etagenbett = ultrakleiner Raum. Betten sind alle alt und durchgelegen! WLAN wird auf der Homepage mit Euro 10.-- pro Woche angeben. Tatsächlich gibt es keine WLAN im Haus. Man muss den Hotspot Costa Rey kaufen. Pro Woche und Gerät = Euro 15.-- ! Das einzig Tolle war die grosse Terasse.

Nach Weitergeben Ihrer Kommentare konnte uns das Mangement vor Ort bestätigen, dass für die bevorstehende Saison die erwähnten Mängel behoben werden. Beachten Sie bitte auch, dass das Team vor Ort direkt assistiert, wenn Fragen offen bleiben oder etwas defekt ist. Für das WLAN steht ein Modem für 10€/Woche zur Verfügung, wobei die Anzahl der Zugänge pro Person limitiert ist. Der von Ihnen hinzugebuchte Hot Spot Costa Rei ist ein separates Angebot, zu unterschiedlichen Konditionen. Wir bedauern das etwaige Missverständnis, hoffen jedoch, Sie erneut als Gast willkommen heißen zu dürfen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Anlage schön. Leider wurde in letzter Zeit in der Wohnung keine sichtbaren Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Jede zweite Lichtquelle war funktionsuntüchtig (Keine Türdichtungen, völllig veraltete und nur notdürftig reparierte sanitäre Einrichtung) Auch das Mobiliar ist spärlich und die Küche auf niedrigstem Niveau) Der angbliche WIFI - Empfang war nicht vorhanden, was sicher an der Ortsrandlage liegt.

La casa è la Mimosa. 41, appartamento Fatiscente con stipiti delle porte rotti, finestra del bagno che non si chiudeva, senza porta asciugamani e porta carta igienica, senza tenda per riparare dal sole, una sola lampada su un comodino In camera da letto, irreversibilmente rotta come ha confermato il signore che era venuto per sistemarla, ho chiesto di sostituirla e non è stato possibile. Bagno piccolissimo con doccia microscopica in cui non ci si poteva muovere, lavandino e doccia otturati

Thank you for informing us of this experience with this property. In anticipation of the new season, the house have been repaired with all new exterior fixtures. Internally there is a new bathroom door and the bedroom door is in good condition , paper holder and towel holder provided in the corner under sink. Light bulbs and minor maintenance are always done in real time.

Die Wohnung auf den Bildern unterschied sich deutlich von dem, was wir letztlich als Appartement bekamen. Durch Zusatzleistungen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage, W-Lan, Kurtaxe und Late-Check-In (nach 20h, weil unser Flug verspätet ankam) kamen erhebliche Mehrkosten in Höhe von fast 200€ dazu. Das Einchecken war sehr langatmig, wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, bis wir in der Wohnung waren. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Wohnung ist unterster Standard.

Die Bilder, die man zuvor auf der Website gesehen hat, haben überhaupt gar nix damit zu tun, wie es in der Realität ist. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Bei der Reklamation meinten die Anbieter, dass es sich bei den online Bilder nur um ein Hausbeispiel haltet. Aber unter einem Beispiel erwartet man dann wenigstens etwas Ähnliches. Wir haben dann zwar nach Beschwerden, etwas anderes bekommen, aber auch nicht das, was man ursprünglich erwartet hat. Daher leider das erste und letzte Mal!
