In the hamlet Castellaccio 5 km from the centre of Quercianella, 15 km from the centre of Castiglioncello, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 12.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Cook on request (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 6 km pebble beach "Quercianella" 6 km, rocky beach "Sonnino" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Livorno 8 km, Pisa 30 km, Firenze 80 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Wir hatten mit zwei Familie (8 Personen) einen sehr schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Haus von A.. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Möglichkeiten einfach zusammen im Haus und in der Außenanlage zusammen zu sitzen. A. war in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool hatte eine ideale Größe und hatte ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch die Lage des Hauses, fanden wir wegen der angenehmeren Temperaturen auf der Höhenlage super.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern eine Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Eigentümer A. und A. sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz auch für zwei Familien. Der tolle Salzwasser Pool wurde vor allem von den Kindern sehr geliebt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

La villa è magnifica: grande e arredata con molto gusto con ogetti d’arte. Le camere sono confortevole con molti armadi. La cucina è ben attrezzata con un fornello a gaz. C’è anche una grande veranda dove abbiamo passato molto tempo. Il giardino è bello e la piscina perfetta. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre pronti a aiutarci.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Wintergarten und Garten sowie einen tollen Pool,den die Kinder geliebt haben. Die Hausbesitzer wohnen im Nebeneingang, sehr freundlich wenn man sie sieht und geben auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Für uns war es die richtige Entscheidung diese Wohnung zu mieten. Für 3 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene ausreichend.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen - auf einem Hügel mit viel Grün, großem Garten und aus der Ferne Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great location in the hills. Annamarie was fantastic. Pool wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and plates, glasses etc. comfortable beds. We were 4 adults & 4 children 3to14 yrs and thoroughly enjoyed facilities. Local beach is beautiful and about 15 mins by car. We rated this accommodation very highly.

Beschreibung stimmt nicht ! es sind nur 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer vorhanden. Besitzerin wohnt Dauerhaft Vorort nicht so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben nützt gelegentlich ein Zimmer!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni magnifici. Una casa bellissima, arredata con tanto gusto e amore. Gli interni, la veranda, il giardino e l'area piscina ti concedono relax totale e una pace assoluta. Proprietaria carinissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La casa è in collina e anche nei giorni più caldi si gode di una ventilazione piacevolissima. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di puro relax. La proprietà è situata in collina in mezzo al verde garantendo fresche serate e tanta tranquillità. Le casa molto grande e spaziosa fornita di ogni confort e la piscina ad uso privato rendono il soggiorno piacevole. A pochi minuti di auto ci sono splendide spiagge e suggestive calette. La proprietaria è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, non manca nulla. Consigliato sia per gli amanti del mare che per chi cerca relax e silenzio.
