For shared use: property 2'800 m2 (fenced), garden with plants. Private: swimming pool (14 x 8 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 6.8 km, sandy beach 30 km. Nearby attractions: San Giuliano Terme 25 km, Collodi Pinocchio Park 27 km, Montecatini Terme 28 km, Viareggio 42 km, Casciana Terme 36 km, Firenze 90 km. Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Sehr schönes Rustico,klein aber fein,bestens eingerichtet für 4Personen denke ich ,es hat 2 Schlafzimmer.Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum,sehr großzügig und gepflegt.Wir hatten den Hund dabei und es ist alles eingezäunt Die Lage vom Rustico ist außerhalb in der Natur gelegen ,man braucht ein Auto.Wir hatten noch die Fahrräder dabei ,aber es gibt nicht so beschilderte Radwege ,man fährt voralem auf den normalen Straßen. Ansonsten für Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung alles bestens Erreichbar.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr nette, englischsprechende Verwalterin. Besitzer wohnt im Nebenhaus, ist sehr diskret. Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Vespamuseum, Vinci usw. sind gut zu erreichen. Großes gepflegtes Grundstück mit Pool. Ideal für den Familienurlaub.

Woning waar de primaire behoeftes goed op orde zijn. Verwacht geen luxe verder. Heerlijk grote tuin met zwembad waar wij eigenlijk nog niet in mochten . Woning ligt vrij afgelegen, maar Lucca, Pisa maar ook Firenze liggen op rijafstand

Volledig vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Interieur in Italiaanse stijl. Je deelt een heerlijk ruim zwembad met bewoners van het tweede huis. Beide gebouwen staan op een afgesloten boerenhoeve in een typisch Toscaans landschap. Steden als Lucca, Pisa en middeleeuwse bergdorpjes binnen handbereik. Eigenaresse is supervriendelijk en wil dat je het naar de zin.

Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch: dunkle Möbel,rustikale Küche mit Gasherd, alles sauber und gepflegt.Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geschirr etc. ausgestattet. Das Bad ist klein, war aber für uns (2 Erw, 2 K) ok. Highlight ist der große gepflegte Pool und der wundervolle Garten. Die Zufahrt ist umständlich, dafür ist Vermieterin E. supernett. Klimaanl, WLAN, 3 TVs, alles hat funktioniert. Das Haus liegt nicht in einem Dorf, sondern auf dem Land zwischen Bauernhöfen. Aber Lucca ist ja nicht weit.

Was man über dieses Haus wissen sollte: Es liegt in der Tiefebene. Das heißt, dass es keinen Blick gibt außer in den schönen Garten. Das Haus ist für 4 Erwachsene zu klein, da das Bad ein sehr schmaler Schlauch ist. Das EG ist recht dunkel. Größtes Manko: Das Wasser kommt aus einem Brunnen, ist sehr kalkhaltig, riecht metallisch und ist nicht trinkbar. Wir haben fürs Kochen und fürs Zähneputzen Mineralwasser gekauft. Vorteile: Das Haus liegt ruhig und die Vermieterin ist freundlich.

Da Wasser kommt aus einem Brunnen. Leider gab es während des Aufenthalts dieser Gäste ein technisches Problem, sodass davon abgeraten wurde, das Wasser zu trinken. Das Problem wurde behoben, das Objekt wird wieder mit Trinkwasser aus dem Brunnen versorgt.

Hübsches Häuschen mit guter Einrichtung.Pool und Garten sehr großzügig. Frühstück kann man auf der Terrasse vorm Haus genießen, Abendessen war draußen wegen erhöhten Angriff von Mücken nicht möglich.

Tolle Unterkunft - sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht, sehr geräumig. Das Grundstück ist dazu auch noch sehr groß. Toller Pool, schön gross, Wird nachts immer gereinigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich täglich kümmert und uns sogar was aus ihrem Garten brachte. Ruhig gelegen. Lucca, Pisa schnell zu erreichen. Zum Meer 1h Fahrt mit tollem Strand Marina di Pisa. Rundum Entspannung garantiert Was noch besser ginge: Ein Sichtschutz zu den Mülleimern

Wir waren eine Woche mit zwei Kindern (3,6). Eine ganz tolle wahnsinnig großzügig angelegte Anlage. Der Pool ist schön groß, auch wenn gleichzeitig alle beide Ferienhäuser belegt sind. Das Haus ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Klima funktioniert, auch wenn wir lieber mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen haben. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr engagiert. Das einzige was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wäre fussläufige Gastro gewesen. Aber mit dem Auto alles machbar. Toll!
