Kitchen (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC and double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC, gas heating and air conditioning. Parquet floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 5 ha (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. 400 m long motor access. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, sandy beach 35 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Please note: the complex has another 1 house for rent.

Upea ja hyvin varusteltu lomatalo hyvällä sijainnilla. Lyhyt matka Pisan lentokentältä. Aidattu tontti, sähköinen ajoportti ja autokatos kolmelle autolle. Kohteeseen saapuminen ja sisäänkirjautuminen helppoa - A. on aivan uskomattoman ystävällinen ja avulias. Maisemat pihalta ja terassilta hienot. Uima- altaan veden lämpötila juuri täydellinen. Lähimpään kylään ja kauppaa (COOP) noin 1,5 km (autolla noin 4 minuuttia). Voimme lämpimästi suositella kohdetta perheille ja kaveriporukoille.

Der Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft war nahezu perfekt: tolle Lage, super Aussicht, wunderbarer und täglich gereinigter Pool. Ein paar Kinderkrankheiten wie eine klemmende Tür zum Waschraum oder eine durchgebrannte Glühbirne wurden schnell und ohne großes Aufsehen erledigt. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Abbiamo affittato questo casale in nove persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Sistemazione molto grande con camere tutte con bagno, cucine attrezzate di tutto ed esterno con vista spettacolare. La signora A., che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, molto gentile e disponibile pronta a rispondere alle nostre richieste in maniera efficace. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Angenehmes Haus, das der Angebotsbeschreibung zu 100% entsprach. Besonders die große Anzahl an Bädern hat uns sehr gefallen. Zentrale Lage ( z.B. nach Lucca und Pisa ) Der Pool war stets sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ! Die Betreuung ( Check-in etc. ) durch die Verwalterin ist besonders hervorzuheben !!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Es gibt eine gute Zimmeraufteilung mit vielen Bädern. Die Lage ist Traumhaft, das Anwesen bestens gepflegt. Sehr netter Empfang.

De vakantiewoning heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras, is schoon en daadwerkelijk zoals op de foto's getoond. Het zwembad is fijn. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en wanneer er iets is probeert ze dit direct op te lossen. Wel mag de woning wat gemoderniseerd worden. De jaccuzi werkte niet en sommige dingen zijn wat verouderd en aan vernieuwing toe. Ook misten we wat zaken zoals bv. een kinderstoel en wat keukenaccesoires. De wifi werkte enkel in de woonkamer.

A éviter en hiver. La maison est très mal isolée (cave directement ouverte sur la salle à manger), le chauffage est indispensable mais représente un surcout important, qui ne figure pas sur le descriptif du site (on reçoit l'info à la confirmation de commande, sans précision sur l'importance du montant). La maison est propre mais nous constatons de mauvaises odeurs sans doute dues à l'humidité et aux écoulements des pièces d'eau. L'équipement est disparate et dispersé entre plusieurs pièces. Il manque des équipements de base pour un séjour de vacances: Pas de grille pain, cafetière minuscule, pas de presse citron, pas de plateau, pas d'essoreuse à salade, etc... De beaux matériaux, de belles terrasses, mais en hiver, expérience très décevante.
