Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04. 2 balconies 12 m2, 2 large terraces 30 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance.

Very modern, comfortable house. In the centre of Grimaldi 7 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Menton france, 12 km from the centre of Bordighera, in a sunny position on a slope, 750 m from the sea, located by a road. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Su strada direzione Francia" 200 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 3 km, sandy beach 3 km, shingle beach 750 m (small). Marina 4 km. Nearby attractions: Balzi Rossi Museo e beach 750 m, Le Calandre 3 km, Giardini Hanbury 2 km.

Location Description Ventimiglia

Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Riesige Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen mit allem Drum und Dran inkl. Whirlpool; Kleiner Balkon mit Blick aufs blaue Meer, Menton und Monaco; Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus auf der Straße; Der Außenbereich mit Esstisch und Grill ist allerdings in einem kleinen Hof ohne Ausblick; Im Tal weiter unten ist die Bahnlinie und man hört auch Nachts die Züge, wenn das Fenster offen ist; Uns hat das nicht gestört aber man sollte es wissen; Die Ausstattung und der Blick entschädigen das allemal

Die Wohnung lockt mit dem Versprechen, sie sei 750 m vom Meer entfernt, sie habe zwei Terrassen mit 30 m2 und zwei Balkone mit 12 m2. Leider stimmt nichts davon. Der Weg zu Fuß zum Meer ist mindestens 4 km lang. Es gibt nur eine größere Terrasse ohne Aussicht und nur einen Balkon, auf dem man sitzen kann. Man kann auch nicht vom unteren Zimmer auf einen Balkon treten. Die Tür war verschlossen. So etwas verärgert. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.
