Ventimiglia, the first town on the Italian Floral-Riviera, lies between San Remo and Monte Carlo, 9 km from the French border. Sand and shingle beach and a lovely botanical garden. Numerous cafés, restaurants. Tennis, swimming pool, boat hire, water skiing. Town with 50'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 130 km west from Genova. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Wir waren im August da und hatten anfangs sehr viele Ameisen im Wohn-/Essbereich und in der Küche. Wir mussten entsprechende Insektizide kaufen und einsetzen und nach 5 Tagen waren sie weg. Der Balkon ist traumhaft! Um ihn ausgeschlafen zu genießen, Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen. Das Haus ist hellhörig und bis ca 1 Uhr recht belebt. S

De la terrasse et du séjour la vue est superbe. MAIS notre enthousiasme a été vite douché : pas de gaz ! Pas de réponse à nos appels. Il a fallu 2 jours et passer par Interhome Paris pour avoir un n°de contact fiable. Tout ça pour apprendre que les bouteilles de gaz sont dans un coffre sur la Terrasse ! A noter : aucun fonds de cuisine, (pas de sel etc) pas de produits (liquide vaisselle etc) pas de tire-bouchon, pas de balai, pelle à poussière ni serpillière. Aucune considération pour le client

Appartement bénéficiant d'une situation splendide et d'une place de stationnement sécurisée, MAIS equipement à revoir: canapés DEFONCES, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine basiques, ainsi que d'un micro ondes et d'une bouilloire, toaster HS , qui a fait disjoncter l'installation electrique, salle de de bains VETUSTE: le raccord du pommeau de douche s'est cassé le premier jour, et son remplacement à été ... compliqué, malgré la bonne volonté de votre correspondante locale qui gère tout à distance.

L'appartamento e bellissimo, la vista splendido, tranquillo e sembra sicuro, cerano qualche cose che non erano ottime perche mancavano attrezzi nella cuccina, pero la bellezza della vista e i belli mobili hanno fatto che abbiamo dimenticato il resto :). Grazie e saluti da M. S.

Het uitzicht is geweldig, locatie erg leuk maar staat van huisje is matig, schoonmaak slecht vooral de keuken, we troffen vies bestek en pannen aan, de koelkast is stuk, zelf ontdooit, weinig glazen, regelmatig gas geroken, wasmachine niet gebruikt was te vies, douchen ging wel, wel wat onhandig, meubilair met name de bank is stuk Ontvangst was slecht, moesten lang wachten voordat zij kwam, moeilijk eigenaar te bereiken, moeilijk appartement te vinden

Een verouderd appartement op een prachtige en leuke locatie Pro: Het appartement heeft een ruim balkon en een prachtig uitzicht Contra: Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt, vooral de keuken, de vloeren en het balkon, we hebben het appartement eerst zelf schoongemaakt, helaas hebben we de koelkast ook moeten ontdooien, zat heel veel ijs waardoor ons eten was bedorven en we roken vaak gas, daarnaast waren de banken in de woonkamer stuk

La casa si trova in una posizione stupenda con meravigliosa vista. Peccato solo che i mobili sono molto datati con conseguenti problemi nell'uso quotidiano. Suggerirei di aggiungere delle posate, se ne trovano davvero poche. E poi una soluzione per il bagno ci vuole, c'e solo la vasca, senza tenda o paraspruzzo. Il rischio di fuoriuscite d'acqua e conseguente allargamento e grande.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen großen wunderschönen Balkon. Leider müßten noch einige Reparaturarbeiten erledigt werden, damit die Wohnung perfekt wäre. Der Griff vom Wasserhahn im Bad war locker, das Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht öffnen und der elektrische Rolladen im Kinderzimmer ließ sich nicht hochfahren. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.

Danke, Ihre Kommentare schätzen wir sehr und sie wurden umgehend weitergereicht. Die elektrischen Rollläden wurden repariert, auch der Griff des Wasserhahns wurde repariert. Das Badezimmerfenster ist aus Holz und kann daher bei Feuchtigkeit etwas die Struktur verändern, wir bedauern die Faktoren, die Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Seien Sie versichert, dass die Kollegen vor Ort immer gern assistieren. Über ein Wiedersehen würden wir uns sehr freuen.

Thanks for your feedback, however we really try our best to keep guests warm and comfortable. There is a splitter in the bathroom, and a new 3 kW heater was provided during your stay, which was left in the box and not used. Blankets are also available in the wardrobe that are there for guests to use.

Gute Lage mit Sicht zum Meer und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider war der Backofen nicht im Betrieb (Elektrizitätsprobleme im Haus mit Sicherung). Sonst eine Top-Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ventimiglia-Alta und City zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand mit Bar und Sandwiches. Parkplatz zur Wohnung sollte zur Verfügung stehen, wenn Gäste kommen.
