Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery, supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 200 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Riva Trigoso" 1.5 km, sandy beach. Nearby attractions: Moneglia 7 km, Chiavari 11 km, Cinque Terre. Hiking paths: Punta Manara 2 km.

Cosy, picturesque town with 19'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 8 km from Chiavari, 35 km from Cinqueterre. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar, attractions. Besides: pharmacy. Access: railway station in the resort.

Wir wurden herzlich von C. empfangen. Eine ganze tolle, liebe Frau. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Moderne und funktionale Küche. Das Bad klein, aber fein. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage und dadurch hatten wir nachts noch um die 32 grad drinnen. Daher alle Fenster geöffnet, wodurch hier der ganze Lärm von draußen (Roller, Autos und eine Schar von Menschen) natürlich vollends zuhören waren, was die Ruhe dadurch etwas gestört hat. Aber wir werden wieder kommen.

Zia Anna huoneisto on siisti sekä hyvä sijainti , rannalle 200m sekä kaupat ja ravintolat ovat lähellä . Huoneistossa parveke mistä iltaisin voi seurata paikallista elämää ja nauttia Italian miellyttävistä illoista. Juna ja bussi yhteydet sopivan lähellä. Suosittelen !! Cordiali Saluti J.

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Grundriss mit einer grossen Küche und 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Sie ist relativ ringhörig. Parkplätze stehen nur auf öffentlichem Grund zur Verfügung und sind darum meistens besetzt. Die Tage Anfang April waren sehr kühl und die Heizung war jeweils nur für wenige Stunden eingeschaltet. C. hat sich aber sehr um unser Anliegen bemüht und war auch sonst sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.
