Shower. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (140 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Patio 15 m2, patio 60 m2, partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (2 cars).

House/Residence

Residence "Giardini di Giulia", 460 m a.s.l.. In the hamlet Puin 6 km from the centre of Pignone, 10 km from the centre of Levanto, 27 km from the centre of Manarola, in a quiet, elevated position, 10 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (50 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Monterosso" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Vernazza 9 km, Monterosso al mare 10 km, Corniglia 13 km, La Spezia 22 km, Lerici 33 km, Riomaggiore 31 km. Hiking paths: Parco Nazionale Cinque Terre. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Obligation to wear bathing caps.

Location Description Monterosso al Mare

The ancient Monterosso is situated on a hill which dived the village in two parts. It is now called Monterosso Vecchio and it has been left untouched. Along the seaside there is the modern residential area, situated in the Fegina creek, which give its name to the whole area. The beach of Monterosso is the largests of the Cinque Terre. All the villages of the Cinque Terre, due to their position, have very little parking spaces. During high season and busy periods the acces can be restricted to cars, only houses with a garage are excluded from the rstriction.

Maison décorée avec goût, très propre, literie impeccable, salon/cuisine très agréable et terrasses au calme, très bien placée pour visiter les 5 terres. Petit bémol, l'absence de WIFI.

Der Empfang durch die Tochter der Verwalterin war sehr freundlich (englisch), die Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sie ist abseits vom Trubel der Cinque Terre, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell dort und am Strand (Parken in Levanto 2,- €/h) Lebensmittelmärkte und Tankstelle gibt es in Levanto, das Restaurant in Puin ist zu empfehlen. Uns hätte noch die Info gefehlt, dass man den Pool der Anlage nur mit Badekappe nutzen darf - dann hätten unsere Kinder sich die Rüge der Nachbarn erspart. :-)

Maison très agréable dans un petit lotissement de villégiature avec une terrasse charmante. La maison est très bien située pour les 5 Terres et des randonnées en moyenne montagne. Piscine partagée entre les habitants.

Mile spędzony czas. Jedyną niedogodnością był nieczynny basen. W ofercie zaznaczono, że basen jest czynny w sezonie, ale nie napisano kiedy ten sezon się zaczyna. Na miejscu okazało się, że basen jest czynny od 15 czerwca, co było dla nas rozczarowaniem. Poza tym wszystko ok.

Wir waren im August in der Anlage, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles da was man braucht. Die Spülmaschine war leider defekt, aber das war für uns nicht entscheidend. Die Anlage ist oben in den Bergen, die Fahrt zum Strand oder zur nächsten größeren Stadt sollte gut überlegt sein, da der Straßenverlauf sehr kurvig ist.
