Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with fan. 1 room with 1 bed and fan. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Electric heating, gas heating, air-conditioning. House/Residence

3-family house "Sul mare", terraced. 2 km from the centre of Formia, 10 m from the sea, from the beach. Stepped path (21 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road extra. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 1 km, ferry "Isole Pontine" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Gaeta 7 km, Itri 8 km, Sperlonga 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Formia

Formia lies in the heart of the Gulf, sheltered from the cold winds and protected by the mountains. It has developed between the sea and the beaches Of Vindicio to the west and Acquatraversa, Danot Janni and Gianola to the east. Formia is at a crossroads of commercial and touristic routes, has its own railway station on the Roma-Napoli line and connection with the Pontine Islands.

L'appartmente o è elegante , comodo , bene arredato fornito al massimo di tutto si fa davvero fatica uscire .... la vista e unica e la vicinanza al mare lo rende la scelta perfetta

Tevreden maar..........Hendrica v.

Wij waren tevreden over het appartement en over de ligging. Voorzieningen en hygiene prima. Maar parkeren van de auto was problematisch: betaald parkeren aan de straat. Een klein gratis parkeerterreintje in de buurt maar daar werd, uiteraard, veel gebruik van gemaakt. Verder werd tijdens ons verblijf de waterleiding aan de straat gerenoveerd met alle geluidsoverlast van dien (drilboren, graafmachines, werklui). Daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen maar deed veel afbreuk aan ons verblijfsgenot!
