Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kids in der Ferienwohnung Piccolo. Der Pool vor der Türe ist super. Die Wohnung vor allem das Kinderzimmer ist gut eingerichtet. Was in unseren Augen unbedingt erneuert werden muss ist die Kücheneinrichtung, vor allem die Pfannen benötigen dringend einen Austausch. Auch wäre ein zusätzliches Möbel für Schuhaufbewahrung etc noch vorteilhaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Wir haben uns in der Fewo wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die günstige Lage, kurzer Weg zum See sowie Restaurants und Einkaugsmöglichkeiten. Den Pool haben wir oft genutzt, da die Wassertemperatur angenehm war. Schade das wir uns mit den Vermietern leider nicht auf deutsch verständigen konnten. Aber der Empfang war dennoch freundlich. Wir würden die Fewo gern weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. Zur Promenade, zum Strand und in den netten kleinen Ort mit einigen Cafés und Restaurants sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnanlage an sich ist ruhig und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber und der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber u sehr funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratze im „Elternschlafzimmer“ ist sehr! hart. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lädt leider nicht zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist recht dunkel u liegt stets im Schatten.

This apartment is only 5 min from the beach mad the grocery store. Great location, it comes with an outdoor seating area and use of pool. It also has a garage but it's very tight so we choose to park on the street instead.

In positivo: posizione, garage, posti auto liberi nella via, piscina sempre pulita e ottima x i bimbi, pulizia dell'appartamento all'arrivo, veranda e dotazioni dell'appartamento In negativo: mancano zanzariere, arredamento di una stanza da letto e soggiorno un po' datato e poco funzionale, dotazione di stoviglie da rivedere, poco chiara la gestione della differenziata. La biancheria è a pagamento però non si specifica per le dotazioni aggiuntive (es.coprimaterassi)

L appartamento è datato, ha bisogno di lavori (pareti scrostate, mobili vecchi, posate e pentole e bicchieri spaiate ). La piscina molto piccola, adatta a bambini Il lago è vicino e in questo periodo affollato la piscina avrebbe fatto comodo. Per la cifra richiesta, si poteva avere di meglio. La persona he ci ha accolto era gentile e disponibile. Il garage è un plus utile Problemi con. Wifi
