Het huis was ruim en in orde. Wel wat een verouderde aankleding van meubelen enz. De volledig afgemaakte tuin was een meerwaarde, zeker voor onze Duitse herdershond. Een geweldig pluspunt is, dat er op 50 m afstand een winkel en een bar was. Het huis ligt wat achterin gelegen waardoor je geen zicht op het meer hebt. Het was tevens een stevige klimpartij (via stenen trappen) om van het meer tot aan het huis te gaan.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und Hund für 14 in diesem schönen Haus. Man hat viel Platz (außer in der Küche). Zum Wasser geht man etwa 15 min über schöne Fußwege immer bergab, zurück dauert es entsprechend etwas länger. In 2min Entfernung ist ein kleiner, gutsortierter Laden. Gleich weit findet sich ein Bolzplatz mit Spielplatz und einem Volleyballfeld, allerdings ohne Netz. Man hat leider keinen direkten Blick auf den See, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Das Haus ist mit seiner Raum-Aufteilung bestens geeignet für zwei Familien und Hunde (zwei Stockwerke, zwei Bäder, großer Garten). Der Garten ist groß, gepflegt und eingezäunt. Die Küche ist klein aber enthält alles, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist ländlich (Schafe/ Hunde), der See ist in ca. 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen (nicht für Kinderwagen o.ä. geeignet). Ein Laden für Lebensmittel ist zu Fuß in 1-2 min erreichbar. Ab Herbst etwas kühl, da nicht alle Räume beheizbar sind, im Sommer toll!

Lage, Größe und Aufteilung des Hauses, Garten und Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Fotos sind aktuell (2021), wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Besonders toll sind die beiden getrennten Stockwerke und die zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche ist etwas eng, jedoch sehr gut ausgestattet, die Geräte waren noch relativ neu. Alles ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt (ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe etc.). Das Haus ist alt und einfach (wie auf den Fotos erkennbar), aber sehr sauber.

Lage, Größe und Aufteilung des Hauses, Garten und Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Fotos sind aktuell, wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Besonders toll ist, dass bei zwei Familien jede Familie ein Stockwerk zur Verfügung hat (2x2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder). Nur die Küche ist etwas eng, jedoch sehr gut ausgestattet, die Geräte waren noch relativ neu (Spülmaschine, Gasherd+E-Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine). Esstisch, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr sind für 10 Gäste ausgelegt, eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist alt und einfach (wie auf den Fotos erkennbar), für das Alter aber gepflegt und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind ebenfalls relativ neu, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sehr sauber. Es gibt einige Hunde in unmittelbarer Umgebung und eine nahe gelegene Kirche. Abgesehen davon liegt das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung am Hang. Der Garten ist fast komplett eingezäunt, für Kinder jedenfalls sehr gut geeignet. An den Garten angrenzend gibt es außerdem Schafe. An den Comer See und den kleinen Strand von Cremia kommt man mit dem Auto über die steile Straße in ca. 5 min, zu Fuß ist es ebenfalls möglich in 15-20 min (gepflasterter Fußweg mit Stufen ab der Kirche Chiesa di San Michele). Ca. 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt ist ein kleiner Laden, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt, sowie eine Bar. Bei der Kirche gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Spielplatz. Wir haben diese Bewertung geschrieben, da es zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung keine aktuelle Bewertung mit Text gab und wir uns nicht sicher waren, ob z. B. die Fotos noch aktuell sind.

Prima Ferienhaus, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 8 Personen mit Hund. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend, genügend Schlafzimmer. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und im Garten genügend Platz. Er ist umzäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Auch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist nicht weit, zum Strand kann man runter laufen.
