Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: open, 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Gas heating. 5 small balconies. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful distant view of the mountains, the valley and the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. Private: property (fenced), small garden (fenced) with meadow. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking, public parking 40 m. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, railway station "Morbegno" 8.4 km, pebble beach "Colico" 18 km, grass beach "Sorico" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa della Madonna della Pieta, Antico ponte romanico, Lavatoio e Valle dei Mulini. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Bormio, Livigno. All shops, restaurants etc. in Morbegno, 8 km. In the resort: restaurant, bar. Sights Oratorio Madonna della Pietà, Prati di Bioggio / Prati di Consiglio 10 km, Monte Brusada (2143 m). Access: motorway SS36 Milano - Lecco - Sondrio, exit number "Cosio Valtellina". Then SP5. Access via a mountain road. Access by train Milano - Lecco - Sondrio. Railway station "Cosio Valtellina". Varenna 40 km. Tremezzina 45 km. Chiavenna 31 km.

Casa Kiwi ist ein nettes Ferienhäuschen, das mitten in einem Bergdorf liegt. Die Anfahrt ist etwas steil, aber wer es nah an den Bergen und abgelegen mag, ist hier genau richtig! Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir würden freundlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen. Da das Haus Familienbesitz ist, wird auf die Instandhaltung und Reinigung gut geachtet. Allerdings ist der Stauraum gerade in der Küche eher knapp bemessen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns trotz Regenurlaub sehr wohl gefühlt in dem sehr kleinen, abseits gelegenen Ort und der schönen, ruhigen, Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang war super, es wurde alles erklärt und gesagt das wir jederzeit anrufen können wenn etwas fehlen sollte. Wir konnten schöne Wanderungen direkt von der Wohnung oder in kurzer Entfernung starten. Besonders empfehlenswert ist außerdem ein Essen im Restaurant San Pellegrino welches sich im Nachbarort befindet und fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Mooi, klein huisje in een schitterende bergachtige omgeving Pro: Lekkere balkons, eigen tuintje en een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw! Contra: Vrij afgelegen t.o.v. van dorpjes met voorzieningen en helaas geen wifi aanwezig.

Domek jest położony w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, dość wysoko w malutkiej miejscowości gdzie można cudownie odpocząć. Domek czysty, zadbany, ma wszystko czego potrzeba (zmywarka, pralka, lodówka z zamrażarką) i balkony z przepięknymi widokami. Ogródek w sam raz na zjedzenie śniadania albo wypicie lampki wina wieczorem (niestety nie przylega do domku co było troszkę zaskoczeniem, ale w trakcie pobytu okazało się, że nie jest to taki problem jak myślałam na początku). Przemiła właścicielka.

Prima huis , mooie omgeving, niet duur , wat ons betreft een aanrader Pro: Een schoon net huis , met prachtig uitzicht Contra: Onze hond had 2 x een doorn in zijn poot gehad omdat in de omgeving van het huis veel verwilderde doorn struiken zijn . Daar kan de eigenaresse natuurlijk niets aan doen , maar dit als waarschuwing voor honden eigenaren

Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und perfekt für alle, die abseits des Touristentrubels wohnen wollen. Man ist schnell am Comer See, aber auch in den Bergen. Der zum Haus gehörende kleine Garten mit Blick auf die Berge ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gibt.

Wir waren ganz entzückt, von der kleinen, aber sehr sauberen Wohnung in dem schönen alten Haus hoch am Berg mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf die traumhaften Berge und das Tal mit dem Fluss. Schon der Empfang der Vermieterin war sehr persönlich und überaus hilfsbereit! Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir immer Fragen per Telefon stellen und wertvolle Tipps erhalten, und dank Googleübersetzer auch verstehen. See und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu erreichen! Einfach toll!

Die Wohnung hat eine großartige Aussicht über das untere Veltlin Richtung Comer See. Die Lage ist in einem abgelegenen Ortsteil von Cercino, in der Stille der Natur. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe und Professionalität/Komfort ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hält die Wohnung sehr sauber und bietet eine sehr gute Begleitung/ Hilfe in allen Fragen - auch zu allen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.
