Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (170 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), 1 folding bed and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and San Miniato. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Location Description San Miniato

150 m a.s.l. >>San Miniato is also known as "La Citta' delle XX Miglia" (20 miles town) because its central position from all the most important towns in Tuscany. It is situated on a hilltop of the Arno Valley, it has many historical monuments. From the fortress, built during the 13th century by order of Federico II, there is a lovely panoramic view of the valley. Small, historical, busy town with 25'000 inhabitants 50 km from the sea, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 45 km east from Pisa, 45 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Ik kan iedereen aanraden dit huis te huren. Een fantastische locatie, goed en fijn contact met de eigenaren en goed voorzien van faciliteiten. Het enige dat ik namens onze groep aan kan merken is dat, als je met meedere kids gaat die op een bepaald moment op de wifi zitten, de wifi dit eigenlijk niet goed trekt. Een betere router zou wenselijk zijn hiervoor. Overigens ook fijn: we begrepen voordat we gingen dat deze zomer een laadpunt voor auto's wordt geïnstalleerd

Wir waren Mitte März dort. Die Heizkosten waren heftig, da die Zimmer im Keller sehr kalt waren und die Heizung ständig lief. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung. Kaffeemaschine ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Es gibt auch eine größere Kanne und einen Aufsatzfilter, allerdings sollte man dann eine Thermoskanne mitbringen. Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettbezüge und Seife werden gestellt. Wer keine harten Kissen mag, lieber das eigene einpacken. Ansonsten alles prima.

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus selbst, die Lage, die Aussicht und der Garten mit dem Pool, kaum zu toppen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Nur ein kleines Manko: eine Kaffemaschine für zwei Personen und leider nicht geeignet für die Großfamilie.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderbaren Panoramalage, hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles picobello sauber und auf dem Tisch stand ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Da wir nur zu sechst waren haben wir die oberen Zimmer genutzt, die unteren zwei im Keller fanden wir nicht sehr ansprechend. Das ein oder andere ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat mich nicht gestört. In etwa 1 Stunde erreicht man die schönsten Städte in der Toskana. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus empfehlen, Preisleistung war für uns sehr gut.

Tutto sommato una buona sistemazione, bel giardino..casa curata..host davvero molto cordiali e disponibili! Da ridire sulla pulizia, nel forno sono state dimenticate anche pietanze degli ospiti precedenti... Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio perché con piscina…sul sito però non era indicato che non sarebbe stato possibile utilizzarla…

Schönes Ferienhaus in Aussichtslage. Kein altes Haus, aber von der Einrichtung auf etwas alt gemacht. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, ideal für den Hund. Gute Spaziermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus. Allerdings würde ich das Haus nicht für 10 oder gar 12 Personen empfehlen, ideal wären max. 6-8 Personen. Der Wohnbereich wird durch den großen Esstisch für 12 Personen dominiert, dadurch ist der Raum eher ungemütlich zum Verweilen bei schlechtem Wetter. Relativ viele Wanzen und Ameisen im Haus....

Die Umgebung San Miniator ist sehr schön, auch die hohe Lage des Ferienhauses war gut, der Garten und Pool ist gepflegt. Die Ausstattung im Haus reicht für 6-7 Personen. Einige Ausstattung im Haus benötigten eine Erneuerung und Sanierung. Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub.

Wir haben das Haus als Gruppe von 7 Freunden (25 bis 35 Jahre alt) gebucht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sprechen gutes englisch und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch. Für 12 Erwachsene wäre das Haus zu klein, insbesondere die Küche bietet ein bisschen zu wenig Arbeitsfläche. Für unsere Gruppengröße war es allerdings perfekt. Auch 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder könnten gut funktionieren. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem der fantastische Außenbereich. Einfach traumhaft!
