Location Description San Miniato

150 m a.s.l. >>San Miniato is also known as "La Citta' delle XX Miglia" (20 miles town) because its central position from all the most important towns in Tuscany. It is situated on a hilltop of the Arno Valley, it has many historical monuments. From the fortress, built during the 13th century by order of Federico II, there is a lovely panoramic view of the valley. Small, historical, busy town with 25'000 inhabitants 50 km from the sea, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 45 km east from Pisa, 45 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Wir haben das Haus im Reisebüro gebucht, da es taktisch klug in der Mitte der oberen Toskana liegt und wir so kurze Wege zu Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano, Lucca hatten. Außerdem suchten wir Ruhe, die hier gegeben ist. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben nichts vermisst. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Pool groß genug zum schwimmen und insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer sprechen auch englisch.

Net als vorig jaar verbleven wij twee weken in deze schitterende vakantiewoning. De eigenaars hebben het huis verbouwd zodat het nog ruimer en mooier werd met een volledig nieuwe keuken, extra badkamer met toilet, woonkamer en een volledig nieuw terras met zicht op de vallei van San Miniato. Een extra pluspunt is het mooi en groot zwembad in de tuin. De eigenaars, de familie T., zijn supersympathieke mensen die steeds bereikbaar zijn en er alles aan doen om hun gasten verder te helpen.

Lovely house in a quiet, hilly but central location with stunning views across the beautiful Tuscan countryside and towards the medieval hill top town of San Miniato. The house is just as described in the listing and very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. The pool is large with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and two separate shaded seating areas for outdoor dining. The owners E., G.and their family are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Het was onze tweede keer in dit huis. Beviel weer prima. Badkamer kraan is lastig te verstellen ( warmte) en de matrassen worden iets minder stevig. Op termijn zou het meubilair ( bank en stoelen) eens vernieuwd kunnen worden. Verder alles goed, overdracht en contact met de verhuurder is erg goed. Vanuit het huisje kun je prima allerlei uitstapjes maken naar Italiaanse steden.

Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht! Die Aussicht vom allein genutzten großen Garten auf die umliegenden Hügel ist super. Der Pool ist gut temperiert, sauber und groß. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In den Schlafzimmern mit hohen Betten schläft man sehr gut. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Bereit gestellte Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind umfangreich. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Sie sind für Fragen da, bleiben aber sehr diskret. Perfekt!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft. Der herrlich große Garten mit Olivenbäumen spendet natürlichen Schatten und der Pool ist sauber und groß.. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet.

If you look for a quiet location on a countryside far away from city center, this place should serve your needs perfectly. The nicely equipped house with its spacious garden resides on top of a hill with a stunning view to a Tuscany landscape and the comparably sizable pool was ideal for swimming. When we arrived we were nicely welcomed by the owners. Whenever we had a question or wish, they provided all the guidance needed. In summary, it was a memorable vacation in a perfect location.

This house is more then wonderful. Built and equipped with love. Every room is wonderful decorated. The bathroom is very modern and provides three showers. A stunning view into the valley and a beautiful garden around the nice pool area. But not even the house is wonderful. So is the host family. So friendly, warm-hearted and nice people. It's nearly as if you are part of this lovely family. We would like to say again: Grazie mille per tutti!!!

La location ci aveva colpito sul sito, arrivati a San Miniato siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla struttura e dal panorama. L'accoglienza è stata curata nei minimi dettagli con massima attenzione. A causa di un ns. dimenticanza la famiglia Tafi sì prodigata a risolverla brillantemente. Avremmo voluto aumentare oltre a 5 stelle il ns giudizio, ma non è possibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente non appena sarà possibile. Continuate così! Grazie di tutto Paolo&Family

Casale Uliveta is een erg mooi huis, met een mooie tuin. Het zwembad is ook goed onderhouden en maakt het af. De aankomst in San Miniato was zeer prettig en er stond van alles in de koelkast en op tafel voor ons klaar aan eten en drinken. Met de familie is prima te communiceren en bij problemen reageren ze direct en de problemen worden vlot afgehandeld. Een zeer ontspannen vakantie gehad.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Vermieter ! Zentral gelegen zu vielen interessanten Orten ( Pisa, Florenz, San Gimingnano usw. ). Ich würde das Haus ohne zu zögern einem Freund weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen in einem riesigen Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spüli-Tabs, Müllsäcke...). Das komplette Haus ist klimatisiert. Der große Pool ist perfekt. Die Übergabe durch die Vermieterin war super nett, sie hat alles toll erklärt. In San Miniato kann man einkaufen (Coop, PAM...) und auch lecker Pizza und Pasta essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! DANKE

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, großzügige Räumlichkeiten mit jeglichem Komfort, komplett ausgestattete Küche und ultra modernes Badezimmer, Terrasse und Riesengarten mit großartiger Aussicht, Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Der Aufenthalt im Haus und auch die perfekte Lage mittig zwischen Pisa und Florenz bieten die bestmögliche Kombination von Entspannung und erlebnisreichen Ausflügen. Familie T. ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleibt einzig der Wunsch, dorthin zurückzukehren.

Das Haus liegt inmitten eines riesigen und schönen Gartens. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, von der Liegewiese aus (6 Liegen vorhanden) hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, man wird mit Prosecco und Wein begrüßt und während des Aufenthalts wurde man mit köstlichen "Dolci" verwöhnt. Zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung bieten sich an (Pisa, Lucca, Florenz...), man kann aber auch in der Umgebung sehr schöne Wanderungen machen, auch gleich vom Haus aus.

Genau wie bereits beschrieben! Vermieter-Familie wirklich ganz herzlich und unkompliziert, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Ausflüge: Lucca (Rikscha Radeln auf der Stadtmauer), zum obligatorischen Turm von Pisa, nach Montecatini (Standseilbahn). Einmal an den Strand bei Livorno, aber dann gleich wieder zurück an den großen Pool in dem schönen Garten! Essen gehen in SanMiniato Basso bei Barbarossa. Vor der Haustür kl Spaziergang auf dem Via Francigena. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie!

Villa molto curata nei minimi dettagli, posizione panoramica strepitosa, immersa nella quiete toscana (vista dalla piscina mozzafiato). Accoglienza e pulizia fantastica. Proprietari gentilissimi, sempre presenti per qualsiasi cosa ma mai invadenti. 10 e lode!!!!!!
