For shared use: natural state property 3 ha, beautiful terraced garden plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Private: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 4.5 km, railway station "Montecatini Terme" 5 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 60 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Location Description Montecatini Terme

Montecatini is situated at the foot of the Appenine mountains. Lovely green areas, walks along the long avenues and parks between the 9 thermal baths. Montecatini Alta, an historical hamlet connected by funicular, offers a fantastic view. Chic, well-known spa resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, in the plane, in a convenient position, 16 km south-west from Pistoia, 32 km east from Lucca, 45 km north-west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre, health cures.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als zwei Familien mit je 3 Kindern (Alter 7 - 17 Jahre) gebucht. Der Pool hat uns wertvolle Dienste der Abkühlung und Vergnügung geleistet, die ruhige Lage mit dem wundervollen Blick in die Landschaft sorgt für Entspannung. Die Entfernung zu den relevanten Orten Florenz, Lucca, Pisa ist mit max. einer Stunde Autofahrt komfortabel.

Wij verbleven eind juli 2024 in deze vakantiewoning met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen (5j, 5j en 2j). Elk gezin had een afzonderlijk verblijf, wat aangenaam was. De verblijven waren voldoende ruim en met alle nodige comfort. De inrichting van de verblijven zou weliswaar een update kunnen gebruiken, maar dat is een detail. Het zwembad werd dagelijks gereinigd. De discrete eigenaar verblijft ook op het domein. Je kunt hem alles vragen, maar ondervindt er zeker geen nadeel van. Kortom: een aanrader!

Avec ma famille nous avons occupé les 2 étages de la maison. Équipements complets ( literies, salles de bain ,cuisine...). A., le propriétaire, est très sympathique et très discret. L'huile d'olive de sa production ( cadeau) est très bonne. Si vous avez du mal à trouver la maison ( signal gps qui va et vient) les voisins vous aideront à la trouver. Bref,tout ok, merci A.

La casa è risultata comoda e rispondente alle nostre esigenze. La posizione dell'abitazione ha permesso di avere uno stupendo panorama. La piscina è stato un punto di ristoro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Een schitterend gelegen huis in de heuvels van Montecatinni Terme. Prachtig omringd door een olijfboomgaard. Het huis is van binnen wel gedateerd, maar er ontbrak niets. Het zwembad was ruim, compleet met zonnebedjes. Ook de eigenaar die naast het huis woont is zeer vriendelijk en niet tot last.

Achtung, Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden. Bitte nicht nach Google Maps /TomTom o.ä. richten. Anwesen erst nach Befragung von Einheimischen gefunden. Dafür hat man dort ungestört und weg vom Trubel.

Wij zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaar, je voelt je echt welkom. Ontzettend mooie plek met uitzicht over het dal. Heerlijk zwembad, eigenaar kwam af en toe vragen of alles ok was, heeft ons ook voorgereden naar een heerlijk restaurant. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Zal iedereen aanraden om hier naar toe te gaan.

Wir hatten mit Freunden dieses Haus für 2,5 Wochen gemietet. Es hat einen großen Pool, die zwei Wohnungen sind getrennt, ideal für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Auch wenn er mit auf dem Gelände wohnt, ist er immer dezent im Hintergrund und nie sichtbar. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit grandiosen Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Wir können den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Pool ist groß, toll gepflegt, das Haus liegt in einem Olivenhain, sehr erholsam, ideal für Ausflüge nach Florenz,Pisa, Viareggio, Lucca. Auto ist vor Ort erforderlich: nächster Ort nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, der Besitzer wohnt auf dem Grundstück, ist aber total freundlich und nett - das stört gar nicht! Insgesamt ein super erholsamer Urlaub!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia la sett di ferragosto, ho trovato la location spettacolare per chi cerca serenità, relax, tranquillità. Panorama a 180° che rilassa la mente mentre si cena sul patio o si fa colazione sulla terrazzina al piano di sopra... piscina privata attrezzata e pulita che consente anche bagni notturni xchè illuminata, la casa si presta a barbeque con amici, perfettam attrezzata la cucina cosi come la zona lavanderia, proprietario discreto e disponibile voto 10

2 getrennte Wohneinheiten in einem alleinstehenden Haus mit großen Pool. Abseits gelegenes Grundstück mt schönen Fernblick. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa und Meer. Sehr netter unaufdringlicher Vermieter.

Beautiful House in the silence of the mountains of the toskana! You have everything you need and the Pool is fantastic. This house with 2 appartements is perfect for a big family or friends who wants to relax together in their holidays. The city with everything you need is just view minutes away, the fantastic cities Firenze, Pisa and luca are all reachable in 30-45 minutes through the highway. The Beach of Marina di Vecchiano is in 45 minutes reachable. T. is the best owner you can imagine.
