Alba 2 km from Canazei: Small apartment house "Roacia". In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 1 km from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 100 m. Chair lift 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Funivie Belvedere e Ciampac 1 km.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

Per posizione e prezzo lo consiglio, peccato per la pulizia e l'igene dell'appartamento, la tv non funziona.

Buono per due persone, in estate è l'ideale perché essendo seminterrato si mantiene molto fresco. a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata bus (che per i clienti di questa struttura tramite guest card è gratuito) . La proprietà dovrebbe rinnovare l'utensileria della cucina (pentole, insalatiere, mestoli,...) in quanto piuttosto usurata o carente. comoda per chi ha un cane in quanto subito fuori a lato dell'entrata vi è un piccolo prato e a pochi metri c'è la camminata lungo il torrente Avisio.

Schlafzimmer eng und stickig und die Aussicht dreckig. Bad ist die Dusche sehr schlecht zu benutzen. Der lärmpegel vom spülen oder Wasser benutzen ist extrem laut. In der Küchenzeile war kein Topf oder Pfanne vorhanden. Ausserdem wurde während unserem Aufenthalt Schmutzarbeiten bei der Terrasse ohne unserem Wissen ausgeführt. Das nennt man Urlaub? Ich kann leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und nicht zu viert. Zu viert nicht denkbar.

Buona soluzione per due persone, con noi c'era anche la nostra cagnolina ed è ottimo il fatto di avere subito fuori casa in po' di prato, anche per prendere il sole. L'appartamento ha le cose essenziali ed è funzionale, siamo stati 4 settimane in estate e il fatto di essere in un appartamento seminterrato (ma comunque luminoso) si è rivelato vincente in quanto rimane fresco durante le ore più calde. Buono il fatto di essere a due passi dalla passeggiata sull'Avisio, a 3 minuti a piedi dal bus.

Per almeno 10 anni abbiamo fatto le nostre vacanze familiari in montagna e questa è stata la casa che abbiamo trovato nelle condizioni peggiori (umidità, fredda, mobilio camera da letto orrendo, finestre senza tapparelle, luci dei lampadari cimiteriali, battiscopa di legno in cucina staccati, casa buia, ecc ecc); mi fermo qua! Per niente soddisfatti, fregati per il prezzo.

L'appartamento non é molto luminoso avendo tutte le finestre interrate eccetto una, e rimane molto umido. La società che gestisce la locazione ci é venuta incontro fornendoci una piccola stufetta elettrica, che ha parzialmente migliorato la situazione. La posizione dell'appartamento non é quella indicata dal punto gps indicato sulla mappa, ma dista 300mt.
