Small, comfortable apartment house "Cesa Palua", 3 storeys. 14 apartments in the property. In the hamlet Alba 1 km from the centre of Canazei, 600 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 600 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 600 m, Lago di Carezza 25 km.

Location Description Canazei

1'450 m a.s.l. >>Winter and summer holiday resort situated in the Val di Fassa valley, 56 km east of Bolzano, on the road to Passo Pordoi ( 2239 m) in the Dolomiti area. Beautifull view of the Dolomiti. Shops, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and several bars and disco. Mountain village.

Summer

Cable car to the Belvedere from which there is a wonderfull view of the Dolomite. Rock climbing and walking path on the Marmolada ( 3342 m).

Winter

Ski-region Moena-Canazei, total of 60 lifts. 78 ski runs, total length 150 km, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Canazei is also connected with the Dolomiti Superski: 450 wonderful ski runs for a total of 1200 km. Snowboards slopes. Ski school also for children from the age of 3. Many cross country ski trails.

This flat was very spacious and functional. All the basics were in the flat. Picking up the keys was easy at the office in the town centre and the on site parking was very good. It is good to see that recycling was important and coloured bins were provided. The flat also had 2 balconies that gave different views.

Great location! Great views. Easy parking. Spacious appartment with two separate sleeping rooms. No vacuum cleaner, only a broom with dustpan (a vacuum cleaner might have been available via the agency). The floor was somewhat dusty when we arrived, probably due to the missing vacuum. Queen size bed too hard. Convertible couch was quite good. The main room (living room and dining room) is rather spacious with many storage places. Fast WiFi. All-in-all: we've really liked our stay here.

Appartamento luminoso, accogliente, spazioso...come a casa propria! Rispetto allo scorso anno un pochino meno pulito e carente di qualche stoviglia per accogliere 5 persone come eravamo noi.... Ma torneremo sicuramente!!

L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia generale:intendo sia nel lavare per bene il tutto (compreso tende e trapunte maleodoranti ) che nel ripulirlo di cose vecchie (tazze bianche per la colazione con fondo rovinato tavolino balcone ).Consiglio vivamente di eliminare le varie prolunghe elettriche (dicasi "ciabatte),di far passare un imbianchino a sbiancare il tutto, specialmente il soffitto sopra la doccia .ovviamente riparare la ventola del bagno rumorosa .Una Bella Rinfrescata quindi...

L'appartamento era sporco: grumi di polvere nel pavimento, capelli nel copri-materasso, sanitari non proprio splendenti, piletta della doccia talmente piena di capelli da non scolare l'acqua, filtri sfilacciati della cappa che pendono sui fornelli.Le padelle antiaderente sono molto scorticate, ma non vi sono posate di plastica adatte allo scopo.Padelle e tegami hanno quasi tutti il fondo non piano; considerando che i fornelli sono elettrici, o cuociono solo nel mezzo, oppure nei bordi.
