We had a very pleasant time at Lucija's house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated, and has enough space for six people, and everything necessary for a stay. All recommendations from me.

Wir waren im August 2024 mit 3 Kindern (8 / 5 und 3) im Ferienhaus Lucia. Es war einfach Klasse. Ausreichend Platz im Haus und vor dem Haus. Den Pool hatten wir meist für uns, da parallel Familien mit eher älteren Kindern da waren. Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft. Eis und Pizza in sehr schönen Altstätten genossen werden. Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend.

Nach Besichtigung des Hauses sind wir sofort weitergefahren und haben eine neue Unterkunft gesucht 1..DieBilder im Intrernet sind geschönt 2Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel 3. Feldwanzen auf dem Fensterbrett und Bett und uns auf den Kopf gefallen 4..Vermieter versprach die Räume auszusprühen. 5.Das Haus ist extrem schlecht zu finden 6Schwimmbad neu aber nur Wiese drumherum,kein Baum oder schatten und eiskaltes Wasser 7 Vom Besuch kann nur abgeraten werden--odeer man ist Kleintier Liebhaber!!

Nettes Haus mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung, auch für große Familien, oder zwei Kleinfamilien geeignet. Sehr schöner Pool mit Liegewiese. Zentrale Lage für Besuche in bekannte, typisch toskanische/umbrische Städte, wie z.B. Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Siena, etc. bzw. zum Trasimenischen See. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wären, wenn wir Zeit gehabt hätten gerne länger geblieben. Kann mir vorstellen bald wieder zu kommen.

Das Objekt ist ansich hochwertige mit schönem kleinen Poolbereich für mehrere Mietparteieb. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert Leider leidet die Erfahrung etwas unter der Lage nahe Bahnstrecke und Schnellstraße. Auch das Interior ist recht abgewöhnt und nicht immer funktionstüchtig. Insgesamt ist der Ort ideal für Ausflüge in die Toskana und nach Umbrien. Wir hatten leider nur Pech, dass der Lago Trasimeno so wenig Wasser hatte, dass Baden nicht mehr empfehlenswert war.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Twee badkamers is ideaal. Goede bedden! Horren voor alle ramen, heel goed geregeld. Het zwembad, dat je deelt met nog een vakantiehuis, is mooi en heel schoon met lekkere stoelen. Deze misten we wel een beetje op het terras maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt wat we kunnen bedenken. Je kunt vanaf het terras wel het terras van het andere vakantie huis zien en de mensen horen maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk of je dat erg vindt. Prima huis!

Alles bij huis was volgens beschrijving alleen de aanvliegroute niet!! Het huis ligt niet in het ‘gehucht’ Camucia, maar in het er tegenaan gelegen gehucht Fossa del Lupo. Camucia is overigens beslist geen gehucht, maar middelgrote stad! Zeer verwarrende routebeschrijving dus. Het terrein van huis wordt niet meer met groot hek afgesloten, staat dag en nacht open. Misten gemakkelijke stoelen op terras en bestek mag van betere kwaliteit zijn. Aan lepels sneed je je mond.Eigenaren super aardig!!

Maison conforme au descriptif. Bien équipée et spacieuse pour 4 adultes et 2 ados. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. Permet de prendre tous les repas dehors à l'abri du soleil, même quand il fait chaud. Bien qu'il fasse très chaud quand nous y étions, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la toscane. La présence du train et d'une route de contournement à proximité pourra gêner certaines personnes. Grande piscine.
