Location Description Arezzo

296 m a.s.l. >>Arezzo is situated on a small hill on the edge of a wide valley basin between the high valley of Casentino, the Arno and the Chianti valleys. The town which lives from crafts and trade (known for goldsmith art) still displays many buildings from the Middle Ages. One can view the masterpiece of Piero della Francesca in the San Francesco church: the fresque "The Legend of the Cross". The antique market on the Piazza Grande is well-known. Important, historical town with 90'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in the plane, on a river, in a convenient position, 65 km north-east from Siena, 75 km south-east from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Leider gab es, wie in der Beschreibung genannt, keine Spülmaschine. Allerdings würde jene , wenn es sie gäbe, täglich laufen, das es für eine 4 köpfige Familie , sonst eng mit Geschirr und Tellern würde. Teller, Tassen, Pfanne und Besteck sind vorhanden und bereits ausgiebig ab/genutzt. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehrere verteilte Ebenen und ist über eine Steintreppe zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Minus: Zugstrecke, Ton-Tauben Schießplatz

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass aktuell keine Spülmaschine im Haus vorhanden ist und auch nicht in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführt wird. Der Eigentümer hat allerdings bestätigt, dass die Küchenutensilien inzwischen erneuert wurden. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz dieser Punkte eine insgesamt positive Erfahrung hatten und dass wir Sie bald wieder als Gast begrüßen dürfen.

Logement daté mal équipé, même pas de micro-ondes ! La propreté n'était pas irréprochable. Pas de lave vaisselle comme annoncé dans le descriptif. Le descriptif fait mention d'un logement sur 2 niveaux alors que nous n'étions qu'au 1er étage. Nous n'avions pas accès à la porte fenêtre du RDC comme montrée sur les photos donc pas pratique pour les repas à l'extérieur. Moustiquaires "accrochées" aux volets de la chambre inefficaces ! Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

La casa è spaziosa, dal balcone si ha una bella vista sul fiume noi siamo stati a cavallo fra giugno e Luglio e la temperatura in casa era abbastanza fresca. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto riscontrare la mancanza di zanzariere quasi ovunque ad eccezione delle camere, non viene spiegato bene che l'appartamento è interamente al primo piano e che per raggiungerlo c'è una lunga scala ripida, il che rende praticamente impraticabile mangiare fuori, la lavastoviglie non c'è, diversamente di quanto dichiarato

Rappusia ihan kamalasti, pitää mainita, että ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle!! Google ei löydä ko. kiinteistöä. Pitää olla tarkempi kartta kiinteistölle ajosta ns. päätieltä, koska numerointi kiinteistöissä ei ole looginen. Kuvauksessa mainittiin tiskikone ja hiustenkuivain, joita ei ollut. Kun löysimme perille kaiken pelasti upeat maisemat ja puutarha. Myöskään alueelta ei löytynyt kuvauksessa olevia kauppoja ainakaan vielä näin aikaisin kesällä. Itse alue oli kaunis. Omistajaa ei nähty.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Arno und bietet eine klasse Atmosphäre. Leider ist die Gegend um Arezzo nicht so sehr auf Touris eingestellt. Wenn man die Altstadt von Arezzo besichtigt hat wirds dünne. Gemütlich auf der Terasse chillen is nich, da die sogenannten Gartenmöbel das nicht zuließen. Billigst Ülastikmöbel ohne Polster.... Das passt nicht mehr in die Zeit und auch nicht zum Haus. Leider hatten wir unsere Räder nicht dabei und wir haben auch keinen Fahrradverleih gefunden. Kein WLAN!!

Der Geschirrspüler war defekt, es gab auch keinen Hinweis, dass er repariert wird. Die Küchenutensilien waren äusserst spärlich. Alles bunt zusammengewürfelt. Die 2. Küche im Erdgeschoss wurde wohl in den letzten Monaten nicht beachtet, wir machen das an den Spinnweben fest... Da wir bei immer im Freien essen, wäre es sehr unbequem gewesen im 1. Obergeschoss zu kochen. Die Bettwäsche war in Ordnung, die Handtücher äusserst fadenscheinig. Die Duschtür ist rostig Durch das Tal führen 2 Bahnlinien.
