Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Vue magnifique. Appartement agréable, dommage difficile de se reposer car il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause des bars et discothèques aux alentours. Ménage correct. Place de parking trop étroite et manque de place pour les vélos dans le réduit à bicyclettes. Tarif élevé avec de sérieuses augmentations d'une année sur l'autre. Pour le prix la wifi pourrait être comprise dedans.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique, pleine vue sur la mer. Appartement disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Chaque appartement dispose de sa place de parking ça qui n’est pas négligeable. À quelques pas de la rue piétonne.

Quelques changements en décos et mobiliers ont été faits et cela est très appréciable et de bon goût. Par contre la literie serait à changer. Bravo à l'équipe de ménage, l'appartement était très propre. Place de parking trop étroite. Vue toujours magnifique.

Place de parking très étroite. Relativement bruyant la nuit (endroit proche du centre). Belle vue océan/coucher du soleil. Bon état général. Cuisine très étroite et pas très bien équipée. Meubles vieux. Pas de chaise longue pour balcon (pas conforme au descriptif). Ménage pas fait à l'arrivée (malentendu entre propriétaire et agence?). Hausse de prix pour les aménagements de nature plutôt cosmetique à discuter (+ EUR 200/semaine pour 2023 par rapport à 2022?).

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Leider ist es nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dass es kein kostenloses W-LAN im Apartment gibt. Auch die Stellplätze sind nur für kleine Autos geplant. Extrem enge Parkbuchten.

appartement conforme au descriptif. Ménage fait à l'arrivée très correct. Vue magnifique sur l'océan. Literie moyenne. Manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Attention amateurs de vélos uniquement 2 places par appartement dans un réduit à bicyclettes qui est déjà très petit.

Wir das zweite mal in diesem Appartement. Was positiv ist, ist natürlich der Ausblick, die Nähe zum Strand und der belebten Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 4 Personen, auch auf Grund der zwei Bäder. Beim Thema Bad. Leider kommt bei den Duschen nicht sehr viel Wasser raus und die Armaturen sind auch noch aus der Zeit der Erbauung. Bei den Matratzen/Betten spürt man die Federn. Balkonmöbel nicht praktikabel und unbequem. Kühlschrank ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß, besonders das TK Fach.

Appartement sympa, belle vue. Par contre ménage négligé, poignées de placard et frigo sales, frigo non degivré, une nappe sale etait en vrac sur la table. En periode de covid...! Chaise de terrasse pas confortables.
