Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Garage (2 cars), height 225 cm, width 237 cm. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. 3 wall fountains and a skylight in the living room. Alhambra mosaics (arab type) throughout the house. Tables with goose games and small pottery horses. The rooms upstairs are situated in the tower, the living room is accessible through the double bedroom only, from where you have a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. Grill (gas powered) is positioned on the terrace near the kitchen.

Single-family house "Les Ecuries". Outside the resort, in the countryside. For shared use: boccia. Private: natural garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Terrace (120 m2), parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cité de Carcassonne 32 km. Please note: car recommended. horses, a donkey and sheeps nearby. A refrigerator was installed near the pool .

Location Description Limoux

It is the most important and best preserved medieval city in Europe.
