Excellent choix. Cet appartement est très bien conçu, moderne, lumineux, très bien équipé, l'espace y est valorisé. Construit avec des matériaux de qualité, bien meublé. Seul le garage (indispensable dans le quartier) mérite un bémol car très étroit. Construit pour des voitures des années 60.

Wygodne,czyste i nowoczesne mieszkanie z balkonem i pięknym widokiem.Do tego miejsce garażowe.Blisko sklepy i przystanek tramwajowy(do centrum jedzie około 10 minut). Polecam.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour d'un mois dans cet appartement lumineux, très bien aménagé, très bien situé, au calme, proche du tramway et des commerces alimentaires. Je le recommande.

Non ho mai trovato un appartamento così bello elegante e pulito. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari con gusto ed eleganza. Ottimamente collegato con il centro tramite il tram a due passi. Complimenti

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gut gefallen. Sehr hochwertig und für die Größe auch echt geräumig. Besonders toll waren die Rollos, Klimaanlage und die Regendusche aber der parkplatz in der tiefgarage. Alles in allem echt jeden Cent wert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Interhome war total einfach, da alle auf englisch geschrieben haben und super nett sind. Wir werden versuchen die Wohnung nochmal zu bekommen wenn wir nochmal nach Nizza fahren

Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und hat einen gehobenen Standard. Die Wohnung ist aber für einen Badeaufenthalt zu weit vom Meer. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Appartement très bien équipé, et une déco vraiment sympa, le grand balcon permet de manger dehors. Le tram est à 2mns à pied ce qui nous situe à 10mns du centre ville. Juste un petit couac le ménage n ' avait pas été fait à notre arrivée.

Die Buchung war reibungslos. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war problemlos und pünktlich. Die Beschreibungen von Agentur Interhome in Nizza und die der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Komplett mit genug Besteck, Töpfen und Geschirr. Es war eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Wir konnten bei der Abreise noch bis ca. 11 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben. Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragenplatz für unser Auto. Die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn, Lage der Wohnung war super. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war herrlich.
