For shared use: natural state property 1 ha, garden 40 m2 (not fenced), lawn for sunbathing 400 m2. Terrace (80 m2), garden furniture. Bread roll service. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 2 km. Nearby attractions: Ste Seine l'Abbaye 9 km, Dijon 35 km. Please note: car recommended. A grocery van passes several times a week.
