Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une place de parking prévue et que le hall de l'immeuble ne soit pas rénové... Ce serait bien aussi d'offrir un service où le lit soit fait parce que c'est vraiment la galère pour le faire. Autre petit détail, il faudrait changer la planche à repasser, l'étendoir et détartrer le fer à repasser. Pour le reste, en terme de qualité prix à Biarritz et pour deux personnes, c'est vraiment une bonne adresse.

58€ de ménage et entretien de la literie alors que nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours !!! L'oreiller était inutilisable et le protége matelas taché. Vu le coût des frais d'entretien je ne reprendrai plus de location chez vous

Charmant petit studio idéalement située. Près de la plage, aquarium, commerces de proximité, Literie catastrophique, c'est un matelas en mousse. Pas de machine à café. Pas de papier toilette non plus ! Ménage de départ beaucoup trop cher: 60 euros pour 3 nuit ! Le tarif est le même que vous y restiez 1 jour comme 15 jours (dommage)

Appartement très bien bien situé vraiment idéal pour se balader dans Biarritz à pied. En revanche, le lit est absolument à changer, le sommier et le matelas étant vraiment en mauvais état (courbatures assurées le matin). Pas de cafetière classique, seulement bouilloire ou cafetière italienne. Enfin le rideau de douche était moisi. Néanmoins, l'appartement reste moderne et il était très propre.

I stayed here alone for a month and was very pleased, especially with the location. It is within walking distance to the beach, the market and many restaurants. There is a boulangerie right across the street too. It is safe and quiet. I especially liked view of the small green space out the back window. The bathroom, though small is modern and functional. The tv and wifi worked perfectly. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of kitchen things, like a coffee machine, dishwashing liquid, sponges, dish towels and garbage bags. I would love to stay here again.

Appartement qui correspond bien à la description. L' appart est équipé d'un téléviseur qu'on ne voit pas sur la photo. Il est très bien situé pour aller à la plage ou au casino.
